I was skeptical. "So Anakin is missing?Just like Han is missing who is appearently not missing?" "I have no idea what you just said mom, said Jania frantically,"but Anakin has disappeared.And what happened to our house? And what's going on?"As I tried to answer Jania's questions, Jacen looked nervously around. Something told me that he knew something about Anakin's disappearance. Deciding that I would question him later, I figured to first ask Mara what happened. "The children would knew better than me", Mara started,"They were all playing when Jania ran up and asked where Anakin was.I had thought that he was with them, but he appearently wasn't. I don't know where he could have gone, he has enough sense to know not to wander off."After that, I told Mara about the messenger, the empire rising again, and the plan to destroy us. "Then I am almost certain that Anakin must have been captured", Mara said. "You're probably right,"I said, trying to comprehend why Anakin was taken. I concluded that the empire was trying to destroy me and my family, starting with Anakin and eventually capturing all of us. How did we ever get so deep into this? Would life ever be the peaceful bliss we had before?
