Chapther 3

" I can't believe your going on a date with Harry !" Lorraine yells " it's not a date." I laugh " we're just going to hang out that's all" " dani that's BS it's obvious I think he likes you !" I look at her like she's crazy

" yea like Harry wants to date an ugly girl." I laugh an laugh until I look at myself in the mirror I've never felt so insecure before but now I do I see my beautiful friends doing sports and just always looking great and I'm here looking like a troll everyday story of my like sadly.

I turn my back to the mirror waiting for  Lorraine to work her magic on me with her makeup

" ugh shut up dani! Are you ready to see how I did your makeup!" She asks excitedly " yes Lorraine I'm ready." She turns my chair and I'm so shocked I look so different with a lot of makeup " omg Lorraine I love it !"

She smiles widely and looking proud of her work " I'm glad you like it girl ! Now go impress this man !" I nod and we hear a knock on the door

I feel butterflies in my stomach I wonder how Harry will react when he sees me

HARRYS POV

I stand in front of the door wearing something casual black skinny jeans and a button up shirt nothing to fancy and I knock on the door.

Steph opens the door " hey Harry um dani will be out in a sec." I nod and give her a small smile.

"Hey Harry." I turn to see dani she looks so beautiful she dressed up for me I can't help but feel chills all over my body. I walk over to her and give her a hug.

" hey dani are you ready to go?" She nods and we head out. " you have to be kidding me !!" I hear dani yell I turn around in confusion " what's up?" I ask " this is your car ? This Range Rover ????" I laugh super hard at her comment " yea why?"

" Harry I'm dying for one of these cars ! There so nice and fancy I would expect you to have like a Ferrari or something." " well dani these cars arent my type Ferrari are way to expensive."

I open the door for her to get in and the car drive is silent " so where are you taking me?" She asks " it's a surprise." She nods and giggles and I find that so cute

DANIS POV

we were driving for a good 20 minutes and Harry had stop the car in front of a park? I don't really know all the places in LA.

" is this where we're going to hang out ?" He turns to me and just smiles and walks away Um ok ? He didn't answer my question so I just followed him wherever he was going.

As I'm walking I see a picnic set up and I get this warm feeling in my stomach and I can't help but feel butterflies.

He leads me to sit down and he says " I hope this isn't to little I wanted to take you to the movies but paparazzi everywhere it's-" I cut him off " Harry it's ok this was really sweet of you.."

His cheeks turn a bright red and I think mine are brighter " but why ?" I ask " why what ?" He looks are me with a confused look.

"Why me ? There's so many beautiful girls out there and your here with me it doesn't make sense.." I turn my face to hide the tears that are about to come out.

I feel his soft hand reach for my face and he turns it and kisses me lightly" I believe that I am with the most beautiful girl in the world."

I don't know why but I just don't believe him and I get up " harry this was very sweet of you but I think your wasting your time." I start to run not looking back; I hear him call my name "dani wait !!" I feel terrible for just leaving but I feel sadness and I feel depressed not even harry can fix that.

I'm somewhere I don't know I have no ride home and I don't have money for a cab I don't see harry anywhere I think I lost him.

I take out my phone and it has no battery I mentally curse myself Steph and Lorraine will be worried sick.

I walk around trying to figure out what to do and I look into my purse I have some change I'll have to look for payphone.

After of what feels like ages I find a payphone and I dial Stephs number.

" hello ?"

"Hey Steph its dani" I say " dani ! Where have you been !!! It's 11:30 pm ! Harry is so worried he came to the house asking to see if you got home he said you ran away from him???"

I sigh not knowing what to do " he just he kissed me and I panicked and I was mad and sad." I hear her squeal " he kisses you !!?!"

"Yea but Steph can someone come for me please don't let Harry come for me ."
"Dani I'll have Lorraine go find you just text me the address of your current location."
"Um Steph my phone died that's why I'm using the payphone.."

" just tell her to go back to the park I'll pick her up!" I can hear Harry's voice in the back I just don't want to confront him about the stupid thing that I did.

" dani Harry is gonna go pick you up he's the only who will be able to find you.."

I'm kinda angry but I just want to get home " ok fine just please it's almost 12 am I just want to get home" there's a silence " Harry left he will be their just be patient I'll see you soon." " ok bye Steph."

I walk back to the park I'm not sure if it's the right place and I should just sit down and give up.

As I was sitting down I felt some arms around me and I automatically get up my heart was beating so fast " calm down love it's just me..." I feel like I'm gonna throw up " sorry can we go im tired" he nods and we walk to his car

" dani I wanted to talk to you I didn't mean to kiss you I mean I wanted to but I should've asked and I'm sorry"

I don't really pay attention to him I just look out the window and reply "it's fine lets just not talk about it."

" dani I wanted this date to be memorable for you I'm sorry I ruined it I'm really sorry" he doesn't look at me just keeps his eyes on the road

"Harry it's not that I had a bad time it's just that it was my first kiss and I didn't expect it to be like that it was out of no where we just met Harry...!" I look down at my legs

" I think I over reacted you didn't do anything wrong." I say as I look out the window and see the buildings passing by

" can we do this right?" He finally looks at me " do what right Harry?" We've stopped in front of my house as I get out of the car and start walking I hear him call " dani wait"

I turn to face him " I'm not gonna regret this I've been wanting to do this all night" and with that he crashed his lips to mine and respond and kiss him back.

I break the kiss " goodnight Harry." I start to say but he pulls me back " dani can we go out another day before I'm gone ? Like tomorrow "

" yea of course and I'm sorry about tonight I didn't go as planned.." He looks at me shyly " don't worry about it love see you tomorrow."
