Chapter 2

Ashley's P.O.V
we get into the car and Cole is driving at very low speed "babe you alright?" I started to worry, maybe this isn't good as I thought it would be. "yeah baby I'm..alright" it took him awhile to answer, I looked over at him and he gave me a weak smile, something's up and I wanna get to the bottom of it "Cole.. can I ask you something?" "yeah baby of course, what's up?" I looked at my fingers and played with them, I didn't want him to see me or ask him this question "How come you're driving so slow, everytime I get into the car with you, you're speeding" he chuckled and looked at me, I noticed by the comer of my eye "Ok so you like it fast don't you?" I looked at him and playfully pushed his arm he smirked, i have to admit, he's really everything I've ever wanted, but after we graduated and moved out he started to push away and I just miss us being so close.

After 10 mins we pulled up to this huge house I looked at Justin in a crazy confused look "What are we doing at chase's house?" "This is where I go everyday, don't worry I don't play video games everyday if that's what you think" I laughed "Well.. I wasnt thinking that" He parked the car and we both unbuckled our seat belts, before I was able to reach for the handle I felt Coles grip on my arm I turn around and he pulls me close to him "Babe, whatever happens today or in that house promise you'll always be with me?" his eyes turned into this deep, sad look "yes of course, I love you for you" I started to get worried (again) is what he does really that bad? he let go of me and kissed me, I couldn't resist so I kissed him back, it turned into a makeout session, he got me to be able on his lap in a car, surprisingly I got into the mood he was in, he set the seat back, so I had more room, his hands were around me, his grip was just so tight around me; I missed that feeling. He started to move his hand lower to my ass but I didn't let him, I put my hand over his, "Not here" I said breaking up the kiss, he frowned "Ok babe but I'll get you back for stopping me" I rolled my eyes and finally got out the car, we started to walk towards the house, a feeling in my stomach was coming back, but I just shook it off, I really wanted to know what he does. We got up to the door and without knocking on the door Cole walks in, I look around me, the house is pretty nice for what he does everyday, it has a huge pool something I've always wanted if I ever get my own house. Cole starts to walk up the Stairs so I follow
him, there is 4 rooms, and they look pretty huge, Cole enters the second room so I follow, there is a desk with papers and a computer, a big couch and a big bed, I close the door behind me. maybe this is where he stays the night when I wake up and he's not here, he walks over to the desk and I sit on the bed "So this is where you work?" I asked "Yes, but there's more too it" "well what is that?" "You'll see" I nodded my head because he was looking at me, I heard a Knock on the door "Come in" Cole yelled it was chase, I haven't seen that boy in forever "wow Cole out of every girl from school you won" he checked me out, from head to toe, Cole laughed and saw what chase did, his face turned red but he shook it off "thank you" he replied.

After ten minutes of chase and Cole talking, Cole got up and sat next to me, I was still sitting on the bed, Cole put his head on my shoulder, I looked at him and smiled "You know I love you right?" he asked I nodded "of course" I kissed his forehead. "Chase we gotta go and do this or we'll miss our target" chase seemed very pissed, Cole got off me and got off the bed "you're right... you got everything, guns, money?" did I just hear him right? "wait hold up.. did you just say guns"? he looked at me "babe it's ok, I'll explain in the car" he put his hand out for me to take it, I was scared but I took it anyways, I sat up and Cole pulled me out of the room, chase followed and replied to Cole "Yep all in the car we'll meet Hayes there" I've heard Cole talked about this Hayes but I've never met him.

We walked out the door and got into the car, chase got into his Range Rover, so it was just me and Cole. Cole started to back out and drive After ten Minutes of silent I spoke up, "So are gonna tell me or just not speak to me?" his hands were griped on the wheel, he looked mad "Yes... but I was going too but let me tell you something baby, what I do is very dangerous and it could harm you, I deal with people who don't care who I'm with no matter how much they mean to me, so please I want you to stay in the car, I don't want you getting hurt, you're my everything." Just hearing what he says, makes me realized how much I love him "I lobe you, but Cole please let me come with you, this is the reason why i came.. please" he looked at me, then looked at the road "baby I just don't want you to get hurt, don't you get that" he ran his fingers through his hair, "yes I get it but I've always gotten worried about what you do everyday you come home smelling like blood and these worse smells, it worries me, just please" I begged or tried too hopefully he gives in, "I love you, and I don't want you to worry about me okay? I'll do the protecting" after he said that we pulled up too this huge business, and we parked way out into the parking lot. I looked at him "Please Cole please this is all I want just please" he gave me a look I've never seen before he looked worried, "I guess... but babe just stay behind me and DO NOT touch anything" I nodded "anything for you" and kissed his cheek. we got out into the car and watched chase and Hayes park, when they got out of the car two girls got out, maybe they were their girlfriends? but why would chase get jealous? Cole walked around the back of the building and said "Stay here" and kissed me.
