Chapter 3

I open the front door

"Hey I'm home!" I call out

It smelt of pasta bake cooking ( my favourite )

"Hey honey!" Mum called back

I slipped off my pumps and took off my hand bag, then ran upstairs to put my pyjamas on.

I took off my make up while tea was being dished up.

I couldn't stop thinking of Jacob

I got my phone out and started to text Ellie

Ellie: hey how was the date xx

Me: it was amazing thanks xx

Ellie: what happened!!

I started to text her all the details...

I was in a dream thinking of what happened today

Omg it was the best day ever.

"Teas ready kids!!"

"Okay coming!"

We sat at the table and starting tucking into our pasta bake...

"So Ellie what are you doing tomorrow?" Mum said

"Uhh err well I'm not sure yet."

"Well I think joe has planned something haven't you!"

"Oh yeah ha" he laughed "I forgot well I was wondering if you want to go the cinema?"

"Okay yeah sure that'll be fun!"I replied in excitement.

"Well I'm getting quite tired actually so I might go to bed." I said sleepily.

"Okay Hun, night! " mum said.

"Night em" Joe said.

"Night! Thanks for tea!" I called back to them while walking up the stairs.

Today has been a long but fun day...
