I wish I could've saved you.
A friend I never really knew.
A lost soul that wanted to end.
I'm here till the end.
We talked for awhile.
And you told me you wanted to see the sun rise.
And I smiled.
You lasted a few minutes more.
And said our time was up.
You said goodbye.
And I cried.
You are gone now.
Never to come back.
I can't change that.
But for the time I knew you.
I loved you.
And I still do.
I will never forget you.
And I wish I could have saved you.
