Lauren POV
I woke up at midnight and couldn't get back to sleep. I decided to work on our music assignment. I was able to finish the first verse and the chorus of it. I sat on the chair at my desk and started to sing.

After I wrote a part of the song I decided to go to sleep since it was 3 in the morning.
Your POV
After Lauren dropped me off I quickly went inside and put my back against the door "oh no, no I can't be, I can't be...falling...nah" I shrugged it off and went up stairs not feeling hungry and quickly falling asleep after the events of the day.
I woke up with a headache and decided to lay there for a few minutes. My mom walks in and tells me to get up "Y/N, get up honey" she says.
"Five more hours mom"
"No, school starts in half an hour so, chop, chop." She says mimicking a chopping action.
I groan but force myself out of bed. I go take a quick shower then head down the stairs for breakfast. I have a few pancakes then start to walk to school but stopped by a familiar black Maserati. Lauren. "Hop in" she says.
I shake my head no.
"Cmon, hop in"
"I can walk"
She leans over the seat to open the door to the passenger seat for me to sit in. I hesitantly get in the passenger seat. An awkward silent fills the air for a few seconds then she speaks up "I'm really sorry about what happened yesterday, can you come over and we can talk...and stuff, I also wrote a bit of a song for our assignment, if you want to hear it when we get to school, or whenever?" she adds shyly.
I smile at her and nod "sure".
She smiles back and starts the ignition then heads off to school.
