Admin needs help pleas

I need someone to talk to about personal stuff such as un can't say cause dads maybe be reading. Oh what the hell I found my mom and I am meeting her tomorrow. And I have been with my two dads forever and I found my mom! I need help like can I ask her why she gave me up? Does she still....does she still care about me? I honesty I have been shaking like crazy seriously my hand had been shaking for hours.
