Chapter 5

Sara's P.O.V

"Why? Did someone of that family hurt you!?" He asked pretty concerned.

"No dad" i lied "the thing is that in school people talk about our family and the rivalry with the Vandervents.

"Oh well" he said in relief " Well it's a long story but... I'll make it short for you" this was getting weird " Mark Vandervent was my best friend, we studied together and everything, i had some great ideas for a work and he decided to tell them to the world as his own, so..he became rich and powerful....and with some other ideas...of my own obviously, i became the same..."

"Omm... They are pretty bad aren't they?.. " i sad

"Yeah... Soo sweetie are you friends with William?" He asked

"No way dad! He's a jerk." I said hurting myself a little but it was the truth.

"Thank God! Well sweetie i have to tell you that in three weeks i have another work trip to do... I'm sorry to leave you alone..." He said. I could see sadness in his eyes.

"You don't have to worry dad... I' m almost 18 so i know how to take care of myself" i said honestly.

Weeks passed and my hate for William increased every second that passed. The first week he begged me to talk but i just ignored him. And in the last two weeks he has already been with 5 different sluts.

"Well girl friend you're whole more intelligent than those b*tches.." Danielle said

"Yeah i gues..." I said... Well maybe i whispered.

I went home after dropping my dad at the airport in my new car and strted checking my Whattpad...argg none of the stories i'm reading are uploaded...well i'll just wait till a later. The doorbell ringed and i coudn't guess who it was until i opened the door.... It was Lucy...William's sister. The one i though was his girlfriend...yeah her.

"Lucy, what are you doing here??" I asked

" Sara, i need your help! This is serious!" She said making me tremble.

I made her come in and we sat on the couch

"Is this about William?" I asked worried....WHY WAS I WORRIED?

"Yes" she said "you have to hear me please" she said

"Alright" i said

"Since you left William, he has been crying every morning, at night he comes home drunk, he brought 5 sluts home!!! This is not my William! This is not my brother!" She said " look in our trip to Spain he couldn't stop thinking about you, he told me he would do anything! ANYTHING for you! He has NEVER EVER done or said that before." She said

"And what about the sluts?" I asked

"He just did it to make you jealous!"

In that exact moment the doorbell rang...again.

William's P.O.V

After Sara found out about our families...my life has been HELL! Complete and terrible hell... I begged her to talk for a week but she would just ignore me. So i started getting drunk to keep the sadness away... I started going out with some girls to make her jealous but nothing work....nothing! It has passed a month without talking and i couldn't deal with this... I had to talk to her.. So i decided to go to her house!

I rang the doorbell... I can admit i was a little drunk... Maybe more that a little... Well... She opened the door.

"What are you doing here??" She asked "You're drunk William!"

"I can't do this anymore Sara! We need to talk!" I said

"William! You're drunk!" She said

"Oh my god brother! You look terrible!" My sister said...why is she here?

"Why are you here Lucy?" I asked

"Trying to help you." She said

"Alright Lucy help me get William inside" Sara said.

Sara's P.O.V

It was William.... And he was drunk...

Thank god Lucy helped me get him inside he was so heavy!

"Well...i'm leaving now..." Lucy said " Sara remember all i told you! And also drunk people never EVER lie!" She said while leaving and taking a taxi.

I went to the kitchen and grabbed a cup of water for William

"Here to help you get back to your senses" i gave him the cup

He started drinking by little and ended drinking all the water.

"Are you going to hear me now or you're going to ignore me as always?" He said

"I'll listen" i said

"Sara....since the first time i saw you sitting at the park i immediately fell in love... As i walked over to you i felt my heart beating more and more. When i found out you were competition i said to myself: Man i'll work for her! She's worth it! On my trip to Spain i told my sister everything and begged her not to tell anyone! I just couldn't stop thinking about you! At the party, when we kissed...it was the beat moment of my life and since you found out about our families i'm living in hell. I was with those girls to make you jealous! THE ONLY ONE I LOVE IS YOU! "
