Changes

Chapter 1

           No one knows why trees change color in the fall ,but I do. I've lived since 1902 until 1918 that was when I was changed. It's 2013 now. For 95 years I've tried to fiqure it out ,but it all makes since now. Thanks to him I probably would not have never fiqured it out. He made me see the noticeable in this place. I've missed so much since I was invisable to myself and the world. He made me forget what I was protecting myself from. Edward made me feel safe for the first time in a while. I've never felt so alive in while. I'll never forget how he said my name so sweet. So beautiful. The best thing is he is just like me. I fell for Edward Anthony Masen. I Lillian Skylar Brooks fell in love.......I never thought it would happen never in hundred years did I think I would. I guess he is the lucky one. My day starts with just one thought of him. every single thought of him makes my heart beat even through it's completely impossible.  I miss him. He was my everything I should have told him how i felt about him but I couldn't he was almost engaged to Erika Rawlin.  Erika was pretty but she had a terrible attitude towards my friends and I. I never knew how Edward dealt with it. That guy has the  patience  for her  i guess.(YEARS PASSED)  I got to meet Alice so I can got to her house for the first time. Alice and I Have been friends for Twenty years now ,but I have never met anyone in her family until today. I think it was because of Trust issues. Alice could probably trust me now. The first person I met as soon as I walked through the door was Edward. Edward was just as shocked as I was. I was a year younger than Edward I wasn't Changed by Carlisle. I was changed by my step-Father. He thought it would be better than I laying in bed sick with Spanish influenza. Before I got sick Edward and I would see each other everyday we would meet at pond to talk about random stuff like news, sickness going around, who is the talk of the town stuff like that. I considered Edward as my best friend. " Lillian Brooks?" I snapped out of my thoughts and turned my head towards Edward "yes?" Edward Ran towards me and pulled me in for a big hug. I would have cried if I could trust me. "How did you make it this far without me?" I laughed " I managed, but it was terrible Ed." Edward Laughed Oh how much I missed that chuckle. " I see you've missed me" Edward Whispered into my ear. I smiled. "How do you guys know each other?"

Our heads snapped towards Alice. We laughed and said "long story." "Oh. Lillian do you wanna met everyone else.?" Alice asked. "Yes. I want to meet your Lover Allie!" Alice busted out laughing "follow me." she motioned for me to follow her. I followed Alice in to a big Living room. Edward held my hand as we walked in. There was many 'Awes' I laughed and let go of his hand I took a step forward to introduce myself ,but Edward beat me to the punch " Guys I want you to meet my best friend Lillian Brooks." I smiled and waved at everyone. There was other person that I knew..... Carlisle. Carlisle took care of my step- father when he was sick. I guess that's how John had became immortal. I ran to Carlisle as he opened his arms for me to hug him. Carlisle asked "How is John?" I just looked at the tips of my boots trying not to show any emotion in my voice as I spoke " John had died. He did a lot of bad things. Alec came and killed him for it. I tried stopping it ,but it was no use. Carlisle I tried with all my heart." Carlisle said " I believe you Honey." He kissed the top of my head. Someone spoke with sorrow "sweetie you did the best you could" I looked up towards the motherly figure. " I know I wish there was more I've could have done you know?" I replied as I let go of Carlisle and took a step back towards Edward. Carlisle wrapped his arms around her waist. Edward did the same to me but it was like old times at the pond that we used to go to. Carlisle looked at me and smiled " this is my wife Esme." I did a small wave and Smiled. " I'm Emmett" said a really buff guy next to him was a really beautiful girl. " I'm Rosalie" said the Beautiful girl. I looked at her and Smiled " you're really Beautiful." "thank you. you are too!" she smiled really big. I smiled at her. "I'm Jasper" Said Southern accent. " so you are Allie's lover that she speaks about all the time!" I laughed as Alice tried to hide her face from everyone. Everyone joined in of laughing I could feel Edward's body shake be hide me. Edward lead down towards my ear and whispered " I missed your laugh and Everything about you." " I could say the same to you Mister." "So where are you staying?" Carlisle asked with smile on his face. " Eh, Place to places." Alice gasped " WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?!?!?!?!?!" "I didn't want to intrude and I'm perfectly fine." Edward spoke this time " You are staying and that is final!" He sort of growled at me. I looked at Edward in shock. Alice screamed " Please please stay!" I nodded. Edward walked me back to my horse after I put back on my boots . I got back on and Edward did too I laughed at him and started race off without him I made it back before him I was in the jeep before he got back. He got back put Storm away and got inside the jeep. I leaned over and kissed him before I started the Jeep After I started the jeep I grabbed his hand and drove back to the Cullen's. I ran inside and I climbed in bed and fell asleep in Edward's arms.
