--as soon as the doors closed to the carriage fernie let out a deep breath.
"ella i wanted to apologize for my behavior towards you."
ella bit her lip and nodded, waiting for fernie to continue. fernando wrung his hands nervously.
"i realize looking back at what i have said it most likely came off as very rude. i never meant it in a serious way, part of my personality is that i insult my friends but i never ever mean it. i also realize that some of things i said to you were taking things too far and i only said half those things because i was kind of nervous. i didn't want you to think i was some kind of weirdo. and i know this apology doesn't excuse my behavior though but i hope after tonight you can find it in your heart to forgive me."
"thank you for apologizing fernie,"
fernie smiled as the carriage came to a stop. he helped her ella up, linking their hands together. he helped her out of the carriage and tied a scarf around her eyes.
"fernie where are you taking me?" ella asked unable to hide her excitement.
fernando grinned and led her to one of the hotels. waving to the front desk woman he took her into an elevator and pressed the button for the very top floor.
ella leaned into his side and fernie put an arm around her. when the elevator doors opened he took off the blind fold. ella was faced with two fancy doors. balloons were tied to it and a big sign that said 'happy birthday' in pretty cursive. kingsley, the boy who plays prince naveen, opened the door.
"enjoy ella!" he told her. inside the room was a party. her sister, her friends from college, her work friends were all there. having a good time. ella grinned grabbing fernie squeezing him in a tight hug. he had remade the party for her and invited all her friends. ella was touched by the gesture.
"thank you fernie." she said pressing a kiss to his cheek.
fernie blushed even though they had actually kissed before "care to dance princess?"
"hell yeah i do!" ella yelled dragging him to the makeshift dance floor.
