Burning, my whole body feels like its one fire... I look around me and im no longer in the Queens castle. I begin to walk around until I come up to this old wooden house, the window was broken and the ceiling was broken. I walk inside the old house and I see two figures, it was a man and a woman. They both seemed sad, and the woman began to cry. It started to rain heavily outside so I sat on the floor putting my knees close to my chest and hugging them. "I hope they don't kill our daughter, we've fought so hard to hide her and now someone knows about her." Said the woman. I look at her and asked, "Who is your daughter?". The woman looked straight into my eyes. "You." She said. At that moment my heart started pounding and my head started hurting really bad, I collapsed on the floor trying to stop that burning sensation on my chest and it went black.
"Queen Es, wake up your breakfast is ready."
I wake up startled, I look around. Was it all just a dream? I look around and I'm in this massive bed next to pink roses. A guy touches my face, "Are you alright my queen?". I look closely and it was Ben. "Where am I?" I asked. "Why you are in your bedroom my queen, You were the only one that survived. You are the successor to the throne.". I look at him like he was crazy. I stood up and I looked in the mirror, im wearing this black lolita type dress. "Did you change me?" I asked. "Yes my queen, we bathed you and changed you into something more fit for a queen. Black looks good on you.". He said then smirked. I ignored his comment, I looked again at the mirror and noticed my brown hair was straightend. "Oh yeah, the choosing ceremony. Ben, where is the past queen?" I asked. "She ordered me before your choosing to tell you to meet her at your throne, she said there is one last thing you must do to complete the ceremony." He answered while pouring a warm cup of blood. "Thank you Ben." I kissed his cheek, drank my breakfast and headed towards the queen.
"Queen Es, there you are!"
I walked up to her and she gave me a warm hug. "I know you have alot of questions, but there isn't much time. In order to recieve my full power you must drain me of my blood. There is a book in the study, that will answer all your questions including why im giving you my blood, but it is hidden. No even the servants know about it and you must tell or show no one. My blood will give you all of my current power. You must drink it, then burn my body and throw away my ashes.". "But que-" "Call me Lora and you must hurry, there isn't much time!" I looked into Lora's eyes, she seemed desperete. I did as she said, I sinked my fangs into her neck and began to drain her of her blood. I felt the burning sensation but it wasn't as bad as before, her blood began to taste sweeter. I felt her hand as it grabbed my arm closer, while I fed on her blood until it went dry. Her body fell to the floor with a big thud. I grabbed the candle and held it to her body as I watched her burst into flames until she turned to ashes and I threw them away. My body was weak because of her blood but It felt like I wouldnt pass out like last time.
"Are you ok Queen Es?"
I jumped up and looked back and it was Ben. "How long were you here?!" I asked nervously. "Well I smelled a burning corpes and thought it was you so I came rushing here and here we are... Where is the past queen?" He asked curiously. "She left." I said. Ben came closer to me and he fixed my sleeve. "Be more carefull on how you feed my queen.". Oh crap... he knows. "It'll be our little secret, as long as it's just with me.". He looked straight into my eyes and started leaning for a kiss. I snapped out of it before the kiss and ran to the room... "My queen, im sorry I didnt mean to startle you." Ben said on the other side of the door.
"Startle me?!?" Im not supposed to get in affairs with my servents let alone fall in love! Why would you do that?! I said while opening the door. He held both of my wrists with one hand to prevent me from hitting him. "I couldn't help myself." He said with a smirk. I rolled my eyes and he let me go. "I don't know anything about you and you just run for the kiss." I said while rubbing my wrists. "Then lets get to know each other." He said while staring into my eyes. Before I even had a chance to reply a werewolf guard comes in running.
"They've infiltrated the castle, we need backup now! Help the queen get ready!".
Before I know it Ben rushes over to the closet, and grabs some gear... It looked like my schools uniform but black. "Get ready" he said while handing me the Uniform. I began to put it on while he went through a box under the bed and handed me a weapon, it was a white scythe. When I picked it up I felt a tremeandous amount of power rushing through my veins. It was the power of Lora's and mine interwinding with eachother.
"Get ready, the elves that infiltraded the castle uses high level magic spells amd the humans came in with their guns that shoots wooden stakes. Your armor will protect you till a limit so you must not be careless." Ben said.
"I'm so ready." I said with a smirk. I thought that becoming queen would mean the end of my life but now, with all this power I feel like I can overcome anything thay dares to get in my way.
