Eren at this point was now spilling his stomach out on the ground, he had moments ago slipped off his horse and landed chest first, but now he was just on all fours hurling, and once it would stop for a minute it would immediately start again. Most of it consisted of blood.

Levi: "Eren"

Hanji: "Oh no! This can't be good"
