It was just a normal day James O' Brien."Hurry up,"shouted his mam Sarah from the car."We're going to be late for school." It was monday morning so the his first class was French. James hates French.
"Coming mam,"replied James.
James ran to the car. His mam and dad were in the front of seats.James sat back on his seat, put in his earphones and listened to his favourite song Pompeii.
When they got to school, James went to his first class. James didn't enjoy the class at all. Ten minutes before class was over James's name was called out over the intercom. James went to the principal office wondering why he was called. On the way he passed a few teachers."I'm so sorry,"Miss white said. "Sorry for for what happened,"Mr Smith siad while he shook his hand.
James was wondering what they had done. When he got to the office Mr O' Rourke the principal told him to take a seat.
"James,this morning when your parents were driving home, a truck crashed into their car. They both died.I am so sorry for what happened. Your aunt Mary is on her way to pick you up to bring you to see them in the funeral home.
Random things kept running through James mind while he was waiting for Mary. When she finally came to get him they drove to the funeral home.
When they got there everyone look at him.A few people got up to shake his hand and say they were sorry.
James went over to the the coffin to see his parents. They look pale and cold. His mother had a bruise on her left cheek. James couldn't help crying.
His neighbour Kevin stood up and brought him outside."It's ok James,"he said.
When they were outside Kevin started to talk to James."I know how you feel, James," he said.My parents died when I was seventeen aswell. So if you ever need anything just ask me."
