Chapter 1- Welcome to The Glade

Newt P.o.V

The Greenie alarm went off telling us someone is coming in about thirty minutes. Even though thirty minutes is quite a long wait when you're standing staring in a empty and dark hole we still go over and watch it.

As I walked over I bumped into Thomas who was pretty pumped to be promoted. Since he is still our Greenie.

"Hi Tommy! How d'ya feel that you're gonna be promoted soon?" I asked.

"Oh shuck I'm excited!" He squealed like a girl and his face turned red."did I just squeal?"

I nodded my head and tried to not burst out laughing.

"Don't laugh!" He whisper shouted.

"Ok ok." I said with my face red trying not to laugh.

"What's up with your face?" Thomas asked.

I didn't answer I just stared at him.

We were the first to get to the box somehow and just stood there considering we had another like twenty-five minutes to wait for this shank.

~Around Twenty-Five Minutes Later~

Thomas P.o.V
The sound of rusted scraping metal was coming closer and closer and I was really pumped up and excited to have a new Greenie and to not be called Greenie anymore, even though they known my name. ~_~

I stood at the back, so it's a surprise. Then the box came up and I heard someone jump in, probably Newt because that's his job.

Then Newt said something I've never heard and wasn't expecting,"It's a girl!"

I pushed through everyone and looked at her closely and I recognised her immediately, her short black hair and black eyes, her VERY pale skin, her long but not too long lashes,her hand that moved in the same way. I don't know where I recognised her from though. But she's familiar to me, I feel it.

She was awake and currently just staring at all of us, probably feeling sick like I was.

Girls P.o.V
I woke up to blackness, complete blackness. But I loved it. I don't know why. I couldn't remember. I couldn't remember why I love the dark and I couldn't remember anything!

But the thing I was in was moving, up. Like an elevator.

I decided that this was gonna be a long ride and decided to wait while this thing does its magic.

~Insert SpongBob voice~

~Some Time Later~

I've been in here for a while now and it hasn't stopped yet. It's quite irritating but I can wait the dark is like my friend so I had a few conversations with it. Yeah. I'm weird.

I waited more and then it finally stopped.

Then I looked up and a line of light came through and expanded to its limit in seconds. Ugh I hated the light so much. But that's life I guess. I guess.

Then I felt a jolt, someone had jumped in. Why?

I couldn't see due to the brightness but my sight was coming back quickly in a few seconds I could see quite decently and I started looking around. Boys. That's all I saw. Boys. Strange maybe the girls were not there right now. I don't know.

There was a silence I wasn't distracted by, I was thinking.

"It's a girl!" The boy in the box said with a really strong British accent.
