"You lied to me." I said with my eyes full of tears. Sobbing.
"I know, babe. And I'm sorry, I'm really sorry. I would do anything so you could forgive me. I would give my own life for you if that's what you want. Forgive me." He said with his hands on both of my cheeks. Tears filled his eyes as well.
I sobbed on more time. With my hand over his I took them out of my face letting them fall to the sides of his well-made body. I met his gaze and said
"I can't."

      __________•__________

New house, new school, new friends. That the first thing that crossed my mind the moment my mother told me that we were going to move.

Flashback*

"Lily!" Called my mother from downstair. The women could be heard in Africa. And we lived in Maine. I got up from my bed, brushed my hair a little and go downstairs. When I reached the end of the stairs that take you to the living room I looked in the living to check if she was there, but nothing. I walked into the kitchen to see her sitting on the dining table drinking her coffe. Just like always. Always at the same time. In the same way, no sugar. I sat in front of her, at the other side of the table and waited 'till she finished her coffe. After what felt like 20 minutes, her gaze was at my face and stared back.
"We need to talk" she said lowering her gaze to the cup and playing with it with her hands. I watched the cup moving, round and round 'till i heard her speak
"We're moving" she said. What? I didn't think that my brain even processed it. "What? I don't think I heard well"
"You know you did. You and I are moving. Since your dad left I haven't been able to be the mother you need and I realized that," She made a pause. She took two breaths before finishing the sentence.- this house, with all the memories, all the memories of us, the four of us, happy, is just pulling me back. I can't let this happen. I cry every night after you guys go to slee-"
"I had heard you" I interrupted her.
"And sometimes your sister comes to my room and asked me 'what's wrong?' and she just have 8 years and I don't want her seeing me like that." She finished and when I lift my eyes to her face, I saw little tears streaming down her face even thought she hasn't even sobbed.
"Where?" I asked getting up from the table and sitting on the bar of the kitchen.
"London. I found a very good offer and I couldn't turn it down. I wasn't really thinking about moving but this guy told me about that house and well I liked it." She said.
"London?! Mum that is miles away! And I'm pretty sure you haven't even seen the house!" I was hysterical. I had my friends here, my school, I had my life already made here. She was destroying it. It wasn't my fault that dad has left us to get married with a young slut. I turned my back on her and concentrated on a random thing in the kitchen.
"Do this for me, Lillian. Let's forget about that son of a bitch." She talked about my father like that because she know that I don't care about him. He left about when I was eight and now I was sixteen. Those words made me realize that I have forgot about him already but she hasn't. I stopped arguing. I turned to her and give her a hug.
"I'm sorry." I whispered in her ear. "Let's forget about that son of a bitch." I said happy. But happy for her.
"Yeah! Hey! Bad words, dear."
"Oh, sorry" we both laughed.

End of the flash back*

And here we are. In London. In my new room. I looked to all the boxes that I had to unboxed. I let out a tired growl. I lay in the bed and closed my eyes. My mind drived me to eight years ago.

A little girl was playing with her doll in the room she shared with her little baby sister. Cara.  She kept playing with the dolls 'till she heard her mommy and daddy yelling at each other. She got up, took bonny the bunny and got out of the room. She walked on the dark hall with her favorite stuffed animal in her arms. "It's gonna be alright." She told the bunny and kept walking to the door of her parents. The more closed she got to the door the more louder the screaming get. She opended slowly the door to ser her mum crying and her dad pulling his hair. He was exasperated and irritated.
"I'm sorry, margareth. But I want the divorce." Her dad said to his mum. A divorce? What was that? Unintentionally she asked herself out loud and unfortunately her parents heard her. Both turned to face her and she made herself small. Just like when your prents caught you making a mischief.
"My dear, since when are you there?" Her mum walked to her and took her in her arms. "I didn't mean to, but I got scared." The little girl said hiding her face in the curve of her mother's neck.
"It's okay." Margareth said holding tight to her daughter.
"Honey, go to your room, please." Her dad said. Margareth let her on the floor and she got running to her room.

"Lily!" The coice of my mother calling from downstairs took my out of my thoughts. I got up of bed and got out of the room. I walk down the stairs and let my way to the door where i saw my mother and a women of 34 straight with a pie in her hands.
"This is my daughter, Lillian. Lillian this is Nina the neighbor of next door." I shake her hand. "A pleasure to meet you."
"The same here. Your beautiful. Well this is my son, Michel." A boy appeared from behind the women

Oh. My. God.
