"Shut the hell up!" my stepfather screams
I cover my head with my blanket while I faintly hear my mother's cries and glass breaking.
"Mia?"
I look up to see my brother Aidan with tears in his eyes
"Yeah Aidan, what's wrong?"
"I-I can't sleep with Mommy and Daddy screaming"
I motion him to come over and lay with me because to be honest I needed someone with me.
