Gravity falls high school

The kiss

"Hey dip" Wendy said as arrived at the shack.

"Hey Wendy" I said as she walked threw my door "so you ready for our project?"

"Yeah dude" she said.

We had worked on our project almost to the point of completion. Then I got a text from Mabel who was doing her project with Gideon at his house. I was going to reply but Wendy stopped me.

"I don't know we're this piece goes" she said but then I guided her hand gently right to where it was supposed to go. As soon as the piece was in place she looked over at me and leaned in to kiss me. And as soon as it happened I pulled back from the kiss.

This is what I had wanted since that summer when I was twelve. But for some reason it didn't feel right to me. I had chased he for so long with nothing to show for it. It makes me angry that she wants me after I stop chasing her.

"What the heck was that" I said filled with rage " I chase you for years and you reject me saying I am to young and any other excuse"

"I thought you wanted this" she said not knowing what she should say.

"I did but I moved on after rejection and I like someone else now" I explained to her" you know what I'm leaving."

"Well what should I do then." She asked.

"I really don't care" I said as I left the house and rode off on my bike listening to the sound of my tires smoothly moving on the pure black street. I got another text from Mabel this time i looked and it said that pacifica (aka the other girl) was dating someone and that Mabel was sorry.
