Dear Diary,
I don't know what happend. The doctors say I have Amnesia or something like that. They told me my name is Merissa, and not to worry about a thing. I don't believe it though.
I woke up in a hospital bed with no clue where I am. They said to keep a diary to keep track of what I learned.
