[ These are all I'm able to think of at the moment, but if there's a genre you'd like me to try to write, please ask me in the comments or through private messages! I'll put it up on the list if I'm able to do it, otherwise, I won't if I'm unable to write that genre. You can also select multiple genres, it can be fantasy and romance if you want. ]

Give me as many characters as you want me to have, but please don't put too many characters in here for me to handle. I need you to fill in a minor form for these characters as well, such as names, age, gender, height and all those generic things. Other things to add to your form (like weapons, powers, etc.) are optional.

Name: Searos Ankarv
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Height: 6'8"
Powers: Pyromancy, ability to control fire.
Bio: ( I'm too lazy to think up of this myself, you can probably think up of your own fantastic bio, or known as background story, to your character if you're putting up a bio as well. )

• Location(s): ( where the story is set, you may have to explain it to me if it's an actual real life location, but other than that, your story can be set anywhere. )
• Commission Information: ( so what going to happen? What is/are the character/s going to do? How do certain things/characters/events going to interact. There are many things you can put here, put as much as you want, as I'll be needing this as a reference to when I write. )

|~| Commissioner's Preferences |~|
• POV: (First or third person?)
• Any lines or quotes to impliment into the story? Maybe any info on what happens between two certain characters? What events might happen?
• Is this story a gift to someone? Or in memories of?

[ These are all I can think of, but of course, you can add more to this list if there are certain things you'd prefer to occur or be in the short story. ]

|~| Writer's (My) Preferences |~|
• No sexual stuff happening, unless you, as the commissioner, have PM'ed me about it. Oh, and if there are going to be anyone asking me for 'stuff' happening with female roles. Forget about it.
• I don't write female roles much, but I will try to, just don't expect such a great job from me much. So I do highly encourage male characters.
• Keep your characters around the teen to young adult age. Hell no am I going to be writing about babies and oldies.
• I WILL be writing my commissioned work in the order I receive them, so try to be patient if yours is waiting at the bottom of the list. That is, if there's going to be a long list.
• Please tell me if there are going to be any copyrighted information in the story you are asking to be commissioned. I don't want to end up writing some fanfiction without even realizing it.

[ I will probably add more to this list of mine, but this is going to be it for now. I am kind of picky, so please try to keep note of this. Don't worry though, the most I'd do is growl at you, I won't bite. ]

This is not part of the form, but just so the commissioner knows. I will be asking for feedback on my current progress on the commissioner's story, if there's anything wrong in it, then I can change whatever that is needed to be changed. I may also need the commissioner to check for any mistakes on my grammar, their characters or the plot. Final results of the story will be posted here in this book.

So, that was all that I needed to ask for in this form. Sorry if it's quite lengthy, but I kinda need this for my writing. Anyway, I expect a lot of creative ideas from every single one of my commissioners, so have fun creating your own world, the world that I'll be putting into words for you.
