Background: He had been a tiny kitten and lived on the streets for four months. A kind boy saw him in an ally chewing on a fish bone. He had picked Taffy up, and took him to a shelter. He has been living there for the past three months. He still has never turned into his human form, so the shelter thinks he is just a normal pink long furred cat. He is waiting for a home.
