Chapter 4

Brian drove carelessly I was nearly bumping to Ed everytime he turns. Ed looks like he's used to it. Laura didn't say a word. She's too shocked to say anything.

"Why are you all speechless?" Brian asked curiously.

"Uh..your driving makes us want to vomit?" Ed replied sarcastically.

"That's what you learn when your father is a racecar driver." He smirked with his ego turning violently to the left. I bumped on Ed so hard. I glanced at him whilst I'm leaned on him he did as well. With concern, his warm hand held my shoulders. My heart was about to burst and fly out. We got distracted when we heard Laura shout.

"Ow!!" Her head it the window hard. Brian gasped and panicked. He drove the car to the side of the road and stopped.

"Holy shit! Laura you alright? Is your head bleeding? I'm sorry it was my fault! Let me check your head please? Why does my dad have to be a racecar driver? Fuck. Lauraaa!!!!" Brian cried out loud. Laura was just leaned to the window holding her head. After a while, Laura was grinning and laughing like an idiot. Ed and I laughed as well leaving Brian pissed and embarrassed. Brian hit the steering wheel a couple of times.

"Shit Laura I thought you're dead! Fuck you people!" He spat out continuing to move in the highway. We still laughed our arse out. When we already calm ourselves, Laura said something.

"Cheer up Bri, Good thing we're the only ones here." Giving Brian a pat at the back. "Where's that smile? Let it out Bri where is it?" Tickling Brian. They looked like an old married couple.

"Oh stop it you! You guys aren't getting away from this! You owe me!" He frowned.

"Look who's talking." Ed uttered. Brian ignored him looking at the road. This time he drove slowly and carefully. Laura broke the tense in the air she laughed at the mime nearby.

"Hey Brian look!" She said cheerfully. Brian laughed then shared a story about that. They kept talking and talking like no one's there but them.

I watched Ed wondered at the view from his side. I can see Ed's eyes sparkle from the afternoon sun. So beautiful I want to cuddle with him right now.

"Hayley..." He waved his hand in front of my face.

"Oh hey!" I exclaimed.

"We're here." Ed chuckled. I was busy staring at him I didn't know we arrived on our destination. He got out his side I was about to move out too he shut the door. What the fuck? After a while, he opened the door to the left where I was seated a while ago. Oh I get it, he's being a gentleman and all.

"I thought you'd leave me." I frowned.

"Why would I leave a lady that has an angelic name?" Ed grinned at me closing the door at my back. So he really, wasn't joking about my name. He really liked it. I blushed. Wait why are we only two? Where is Laura and Brian?

"Hey Ed, where is Laura? Brian might have raped her or something. Where are they?" I questioned.

"Laura got excited and everything. She said we're so slow so she forced Bri to go with her. So we're left here." Brian and Laura really looked like they were together. I really wished that I could have Laura's interacting skills.

"Oh Laura...She's so eager." I mumbled. "So where's the place?" I resumed.

"It's one block away, not that far." He winked at me. Yes more alone time with him!

"Flirtatious Ed eh?" We walked to the sidewalk, slow and cool.

"You know I haven't been laughing these past few days..besides Brian's awful jokes." He sighed. What? So he was in sorrow whenever he's not with Brian.
