Dares

Chapter1

Lilly I dare you to run over to Mrs.Morse and tell her how old she looks said scarlet. Ok but then I am going to give you a harder dare said Lilly. Just go scarlet replied. The two eleven year old girls played truth or dare for the whole day until mid night. This is the dare I had in store for you Scarlet! I dare you to run In to the haunted grave yard and say the poem that had waken up the dead many years ago then run back to me and I will give you my 20 dollars. I'm on it said Scarlet. While Lilly was waiting at the little tree house for Scarlet she heard voices that sounded zombie like. She got scared and hid under the table waiting for scarlet. While Scarlet was in the grave yard she pulled out and old piece of paper and read the poem out loud in the center of the grave yard. " dead o holy dead you have been hidden under the ground for far to many years it's about time you wake up and seek the town of people and other little living things dead o holy dead wake up from your grave." There thought Scarlet That was easy I knew it wouldn't work. Then just about when Scarlet was about to turn around she saw a hand come up from under the ground but not just one hand all of the dead hands in the grave yard. Ahh help Scarlet tried to run but could not manage it because the hands were tripping her. Lilly heard the screams and got scared. Lilly got so curious and so she looked out the window towards the grave yard. Omg it's all my fault noooo it's all my fault. Lilly fell to the ground with tears in her eyes. Meanwhile Scarlet was getting pulled under ground. Soon Lilly got up with all the braveness and courage and ran to Scarlet. By the time Lilly got there Scarlet was so far into the ground that she was chocking on hard dirt and pebbles from the ground. Help me Lilly was pulling Scarlet out of the ground and escaped. They ran back to Lilly's house. This is a complete secret said Scarlet you tell anyone and your going back. Ya said Lilly I swear not to tell anyone. The girls woke up the next morning to see a suprise waiting on the end of their beds sleeping. Ahhh its a puppy they both gasped. Lilly got a toy poodle and Scarlet got a snicker doodle. They both got tiny dogs. I am going to name you... Honey said Lilly. Scarlet thought and decided on the name Mally. I love puppies said Scarlet. They thanked Lilly's mouther and went to the school dance. They both had a great time but they liked no boys so they do what friends do best... They danced funky with each other.

Sorry this chapter was so short I promise I will make longer chapters to this book. Also the pictures of the two girls in the beginning of the chapter was Lilly and Scarlet. Scarlet was the one with black hair and Lilly had the blond hair. Like I said sorry this chapter is so short.
