Chicken Wings and Bananas

One Shot

Fifth Harmony were traveling around the country promoting their hit single, "Worth It." They had a day off before they had to do a long line of interviews. Ally and Normani went to a service at a local church. Lauren went to go worship at the Tabernacle of Satanists. Camila didn't feel like going anywhere, so her best buddy, Dinah, stayed behind with her. They hung out in the hotel room that Dinah and Normani were sharing.

The two girls were getting hungry when Dinah informed Camila that there was leftover takeout in the fridge. The buxom woman volunteered to go to the soda machine so that they would have something to wash their food down. As Dinah went searching for the machine, Camila looked in the refrigerator for something to eat. She locked her eyes on a covered, aluminum pan, which she took out to inspect its contents.

Inside the pan were buffalo-style chicken wings. Camila didn't feel like heating anything up and liked cold chicken, so she settled for that. She had almost devoured all of the wings when Dinah came back to the room and gasped.

"Walz, those are Normani's."

"Really? They weren't labeled," observed Camila.

"We didn't label our food because there's only the two of us in here," Dinah explained.

"Well, how was I supposed to know that? You just told me that there was food for us in the fridge," argued Camila.

"It doesn't matter. Just apologize to Normani and offer to buy her more the next time we get a chance," suggested Dinah.

Camila thought about Dinah's suggestion for a moment and became frightened about how Normani would react. "I'm not telling her anything. You know how she gets about her food."

"She'll understand if you just admit it, apologize, and offer to replace her chicken," Dinah countered.

Camila recounted, "Do you remember when Lauren ate Normani's chicken wings? Normani poured bleach in her hair while she was sleeping. That's why she dyed it black."

Dinah disagreed, "That's not why she dyed her hair because it never happened. If that was the reason, she would have just dyed it brown. Lauren dyed her hair black after she befriended those devil worshippers."

Camila thought back to another incident. "Okay. Do you remember when Ally ate Normani's macaroni and cheese? Normani moved all of Ally's snacks to the top shelf so that she couldn't reach them."

Dinah laughed, "Now, that was funny. Don't tell me you're afraid of something like that. I pull worse pranks on you all the time."

"Alright. How about this? Remember when Lauren and Normani fought over who had whose chicken sandwich? They got into a fight and started ripping each other's clothes off. They ended up buck naked in the middle of the street," described Camila.

"Mila, that's not how it happened," said Dinah.

"Oh. That must have been a dream."

"Just tell her the truth," Dinah pleaded.

"If she finds out, she won't let me lick her chocolatey skin anymore," Camila whined.

"I think she's getting tired of you doing that anyway," commented Dinah.

Camila added, "And, she'll stop making out with me whenever I get depressed about the fact that I've only had one relationship in my whole entire life, and it only lasted three weeks."

Dinah gawked, "I'm sorry; can you repeat that?"

"Never mind. I'm just going to act like I don't know what happened to her chicken. Maybe she won't even notice it's gone," said Camila.
