Just a short science fiction story.

Title your Story Part

A/N: I was 12 or so when I wrote this so excuse my bad writing skills. Please comment what you think and anything that you think could help me please.

There are three kids who are very smart. Their names are Stan, Dan, and Nan. They built a time machine, and they were trying to go back two hundred years earlier. The time machine started malfunctioning, and them to a time period when dinosaurs were still roaming around. They landed in the woods where they are clueless as to to when and where they are.

Dan, Stan, and Nan are trying to find a way to back to their time period. They wandered around until they find a path. They follow the path until the path splits into two paths. They don't know which way they should go. So, they turn to each other, and try to come up with some sort of plan. After a few minutes, they decide to split up and go down each path. Dan went with Nan down the path on the right. While Stan went down the path on the left. Dan and Nan ran into a few berries, and decided to gather them for food. They continued until it started getting dark. They stopped to take a small rest. Nan said, "We should continue going." Dan agreed and continued on their trek down the path.

They continued trekking for another hour. "We should stop and make camp here", Dan said. Nan started gathering wood for a fire and leaves for the tent. Dan started making the basic tent out of vines and tree branches around him. Nan started the fire, and used some of the leaves as plates for the berries.
