"Give me two hours in the cribs, I've been here since Monday." Nick said to Fin making his way to the rest area. "But if you see sarge, come get me."

"Okay, No problem Pablo."

Given Fin's rude remark, Nick rolled his eyes and gave a slight smile.

"Carisi, I just got a call from Mount Sinai. Take Rollins and head that way, we need a statement from our vic."

"Fin, hold down the fort. If anyone needs me, I'll be making calls in my office."

"I got you.
Oh, wait! Nick is here.."

"Oh wow, still? Where is he?"

"Cribs."

Olivia went to her office and dropped off her bag, coat and files. Taking her coffee with her, she headed towards the cribs.

"Fin cover for me!" She yells back.

Approaching the door, she kind of hesitated. God only knew why she had a thing for this man. Pushing the heavy door ajar, she peeked into the room. She didn't see Nick, so she walked in.
He was in the far corner laying down, facing the wall, with his back to her.

"Nick? Hey, I heard you were looking for me." She said rubbing his shoulder.

"Hmmm, Hey. Yea." He answered stretching then sat up. "I wanted to talk to you."

"About?" She said taking a seat next to him.

"Remember how you said you're here for me? I need you."

"Yeah, of course." She said with sincerity.

"It's um, Maria."

"What about her?"

"She wants back in."

"So what's the problem?"

"I still love her, she was my first love. But I've moved on."

"Really? You've found a special someone?"

"Yea, I really see a future for us. Even though she may not know what I feel, I don't think I want her to know yet."

"Just tell her."
She said inching closer. At the back of Olivia's mind, she had thought that Nick was talking about her.

"I think Amanda, should finally know the truth."

"Oh, yeah. She umm, she definitely should."
Her face and voice now saddened.

Olivia's Apartment

Olivia got home around 5, and had already planned not to go out for dinner. Walking into the her bedroom, she peeled off her pants suit and plopped herself on her bed. Just then her phone began ringing.

"Hello?"

"Hey Liv, I was wondering if I could come by."

"Um yea, but Nick I have to tell.."

"I feel like I left things a little rocky between us, I probably shouldn't have unloaded my love life on to you like that."

"Oh please, we're fine. You don't have to.."

"Too late, I'm already on my way up!"
