“Hello?” i said as i answered the phone

“Hello, is this Liam Payne?” a lady asked.

“Yes May i ask who is speaking?” i asked

“Yes i am a nurse at ST. Mary's Hospital i am sorry to inform you that your mother was found about an hour ago im so sorry she’s not going to make it but she’s asking for you and a Megan”

___________________________LIAMS P.O.V._______________________

This can’t be happening no  no no not on christmas not 5 days before we go on your and what do they mean she’s not going to make it what about Megan-

“Mr Payne are you okay?” The nurse asked me over the phone braking  me from my train of thought.

“Yeah i’m fine but what happened to her how why when where?” I asked with tears streaming down my face. Megan and the boys were just asking what was going on.

“We will answer you questions when you get here Mr. Payne” she said hanging up the phone.

“Liam what happened?” Zayn asked worried.

“I’ll explain on the way just get in the van i can’t drive right not one of you will have to” I said putting Megans jacket on her and giving the keys to one of the boys.

“I’ll drive” Harry volunteered. We all got into the van.

“Where am i driving Liam?” Harry asked.

“St Mary's hospital” I said. He just looked confused and kept driving.

“Can you please explain why we are going to the hospital?” Niall asked looking scared.

“I got a phone call from there saying my mom had been found and she wanted to see Megan and I she didn't tell me when where why and how it happened she just told me to get there  fast” I said.

----------------------------MEGAN’S P.O.V----------------------------------------------

“I got a phone call from there saying my mom had been found and she wanted to see Megan and I she didn't tell me when where why and how it happened she just told me to get there  fast” Liam said.

That what i heard before everything went black.

_______________________ZAYN’S P.O.V____________________

“I got a phone call from there saying my mom had been found and she wanted to see Megan and I she didn't tell me when where why and how it happened she just told me to get there  fast” Liam said.

What! She can't be in the hospital. Who is going to take care of Megan? I Looked down at her and noticed she FAINTED!

“LIAM” I shouted his name even though he was just on the other side of Megan. He looked down at his motionless little sister.

“MEGAN!” He shouted with more tears running down his face.

By then I was crying and so was Niall Louis looked like he was going to puke and Harry was paying attention to the road. When we got to the hospital Liam got out and then took Megan out of her car seat and carried her in. We ran into the hospital and up to the front desk.

“Please help us my little sister fainted” Liam pleaded.

The lady at the front desk nodded her head and then called the doctor and they took her away on the rolling bed. We all had to wait while Liam when to go ask about his mum.

-------------------------------LIAM’S P.O.V----------------------------------------

“Can i get the room number for Karen Payne Please?” I asked as clearly as I could.

“I’m Sorry sir but she is no longer in a room she passed away about 2 hours ago” She said.

I cried, But that didn't make sense they called me not even 20 minutes ago saying that we needed to come see her she sounded like the same lady on the phone. I felt a tap on my shoulder i turned my head and it was another doctor.

“Are you Liam Payne?” He asked

“Yes that me ”  i said

“I’m sorry for the misunderstanding your mother is not dead this nurse will no longer be working her for making two mistakes in a row especially about something this tragic” He said

“What room number is she in?” I asked

“Room 111” he said.

i walked over to the boyd and asked if they could go with megan in her room and stay there with her so she wouldn't get scared when she woke up. They said yes and i walked towards my mum room.

I stood In Front of my mums room not knowing what to expect. I slowly opened the door. I looked in and saw my mum just laying there.She looked pale and to be honest she looked dead. It hurt me so much just looking at her like this. I walked to her bed and grabbed her hand and kissed her knuckles and cried like a baby.

“Mummy please wake up Megan and I need you, Megan already lost her biological parents and dad she doesn't need to lose another parent” I said.

I heard someone walk in it was Niall.

“Megan just work and and she wants to see you and your mum.” Niall said a little quietly. I could tell that he had been crying. They boys already cared so much for Megan. I felt so bad for her. Let’s pray that mum will make it through this.
