Chapter 3 (Virgil)

Pokemon chapter 3

Ramul town

This place is massive! It's like that city in Kalos that I see on TV! I think it was Luminous City or something. Maybe it's not actually that big, but compared to where I'm from, it's Huge. We decide to walk around. There are a few things, like a pokemon center, a pokemart, and a contest hall.

We go into the pokemon center to see what it's like. There's a nurse to heal your pokemon, a few tubes that I'm a bit curious about, and a trading area. I start to wonder where we are supposed to sleep, because we don't have any camping gear.

After the pokemon center, we go into the pokemart. There are a few things there, like potions, poke balls and revives but what really caught my eye was the TMs. We each had 10000 dollars to spend. Victoria bought a few poke balls and some potions. I decided to buy the TM for roost.

After we left, Victoria asked me, " Why would you use all your money on one thing?"

"Well, I thought that roost was a good move and was worth it." I said.

"Well I guess it's too late to change our minds. We should find a place to sleep."

I just followed her, hoping that she new what to do. She eventually led me to a large building. "Where are we?" I said.

"At the hotel. Trainers sleep free." Said Victoria.

We went in, and the receptent asked us for our trainer IDs. We got them from professor palm when we got our pokemon. When we got to our rooms, I sent out Rufflet. The TM was a small, round thing, and I think the pokemon are supposed to eat it. I put it in Rufflet's beak, then Victoria saw what I was doing and yelled,"STOP!"

I said,"Why?"

"The pokemon don't eat TMs! They are made out of metal!"

"Then what do I do with it?"

"You let them look at it."

I got Rufflet to spit it out and I let him look at it. Then I told him to use roost and he did.

Later that night, we tried to go to sleep. Victoria asked me, "Hey Virgil, how do you feel about becoming a trainer?"

I replied,"Excited. A bit sad. Tiny bit scared."

Victoria said," I've been completely stressed the whole time."

"Why?"

"Remember that fish we had when we were seven? When he died and mother got upset about how we can't raise a pokemon?"

"Yeah."

"Well, what if we can't raise a pokemon? What if we can't take care of ourselves? What if we get lost? The list goes on and on."

"There is nothing to worry about! We'll be fine!"

"I hope so."

Meanwhile, Jesse was planning. How would she get Kasainix? Guraundigator would be easy, since he's wild.

"The capture ball testing is ready. Please come to testing chamber 4 to test it."

Jesse walked to the testing chamber. There was lots of stuff there but the thing she was going to was extraordinary. It was a pokeball that could catch other trainers pokemon!

The test was simple. The researchers found a wild pokemon, caught it with a regular pokeball then another person caught it with a capture ball. It worked! Jesse was amazed. Soon, she would have the legendary pokemon Kasainix. Then, she would have the world.
