'let's get physical, phys-i-cal' - (this is actually some sort of song...weird right? YouTube it)

Get ya'll self up and off yo ass and do something physical. like, running, riding a bike, feeding your goldfish, taking a walk with a fit neighbour (if your lucky to have one, or some), do some sort of sport right now, or join a team etc.

How about:

-Badminton (personally, not exactly my favourite, but it is tolerable).

-Acrobatics (gymnastics/yoga/acrobatic yoga etc) If you haven't seen or heard of the last one then YouTube it, it's cool.

-Hockey (field or ice this has gotta be one of my favourites, you skate/run around shouting at everybody and hitting a hard ball/puck with a stick! doesn't get much better than that, great to release some anger too).

-Basketball (I'm lovin it! okay...that was bad, moving on...)

-Camel riding (I just really didn't want to put down c-r-i-c-k-e-t as it is a game that can be DAYS long, why?! why?!)

-Dancing (have a little jiggle in your living room, go on, stick your recent favourite song on and shake what ya momma gave you! If I had any fine looking neighbours I probably scared them away by now, not that I care! But if you do care, then shut yo curtains or learn to let people accept you for who you are (this just got deep..).

-Fishing (take a lot of patience and time but also quite relaxing in a way).

-Football/Rugby!!! (It is soo much fun, try it! if you have any brothers or sisters it's an excuse to floor them. Violence is not always the answer! <this is so....what is the word...seriously can't remember it right now....HIPPOCRITICAL! Boom! >

-Swimming (need I say more)

No, seriously, I'm tired and do I really have to write anymore?! If you want me to come up with a long list of sports, then let me know, if no one is reading this, then I'm talking to myself...again.
