It started when I was little, she started to go out, drinking, partying, having fun, at first it was fine but then she started drinking just because she was bored. By this time i was invisible to her. I cooked my own meal, looked after myself, Summer was only 5 at this time, I took care of her and was her basically her mother.
Then Daphine got pregnant again things got better she stop drinking, she stop partying, she became our mum again. She cared about us she would take care of us, I got to be a child for 9 months.
When Blake was born she told her she would stay sober for us, she lyed. I was practically handed over a new born baby the second she can home from the hospital, I raised Blake on my own, Daphine would come talk to us when she had been sober for a few days, she would take us fun places and cook us meal, but only on her terms.
She signed up to be a mother, not me.
My older sister, Hope. She doesn't help, she doesn't even live here anymore she moved in with her boyfriend or just a random boy, nobody really knows or cares.

The school bell had just gone for 3rd lesson, I made my way down the corridor into my next classroom, which I will be dying of boredom on the inside for the next hour.
I took my seat at the back in the very corner seat hoping nobody will sit next to me as I can deal with talking to anyone about boring shit. To my surprise Luke walks into my lesson and starts talking to the teacher, I just a silently praying that he is in the wrong class and will leave without coming anywhere near me.
I put my bag on the table and started to go on my phone scrolling through social media looking for anything to distract myself from the lesson. Someone lightly taps my shoulder making me jump, scaring me half to death,not realising that Luke had been standing their for quite a while just waiting for me to notice made me turn bright red.
I gesture to the chair next to me, he takes a seat then puts headphones in. I totally got that gesture, he doesn't want to talk to me, that's cool I really dont want to talk to him anyway, he seems like a dickhead, but with a really hot body and amazing blue eyes, but still a dickhead.
Halfway through the lesson I noticed a note that was placed in front of me. I looked over at Luke he was just facing the front listening intensely to what was being told to the class, I looked back down at the note the writing was mess but easy to read. The paper was folded into a neat square with Skye written on the front. I slowly opened the paper relieving what the note says. Have you ever noticed that the sky is blue just like your eyes, and my eyes In fact. After only reading the first sentence it made me realize how dull his mind must be if he needs to state a stupid fact to start a note, but I went back to reading the note, I do want to know what it says. But that's not what I wanted to say, do you wanna come over mine sometime with Matty and one of my mates for a study group or something?
I'm sure that a study group means we will not study at all but as much as I would love to go I have to look after two kids, but I can't say it in that way. I make a little square and write him a note. Luke, as much as I'm sure it would be so fun to study with you, I will have to decline your offer I'd rather study alone.- Skye
I passed him the note he read it, laughed to himself then put it in his pocket. What was their to laugh at it was just a note I hadn't tryed to be funny, boys confuse me.
Just as class was finishing and I thought I would be able to escape from the note situation Mr Parker started to talk about a big homework task that would be due it 2 months, just as he finished explaining he mentioned we would have to work in pairs, I looks around the class to see anyone who I wouldn't mind working with, then Mr Parker dropped a bombshell. We have to work with the person next to us. I looked to my right and saw a wall, then to my left and their was Luke. He turned to me and smiled he then said ' looks like it will be just us at our study date then'
'Looks like it will be just us then'
I turn away from him just being able to see him smirking out of the corner of my eye.
The bell rang, finally lunch time. I saw Matty outside the classroom door, before I got the chance to grab her arm and gossip about the lesson she ran towards Luke grabbed his arm and walked off with him. It's so nice to see that when a guy comes into the equation that she will ditch me for the first hot guy in sight.
Once I was down in the cafeteria standing around the tabmw, going into daydream mode, someone put their hands on my waist so I grabbed them and pulled them forward to see who was touching me, the next thing I knew Luke was cuddling me from behind, he whispered gently into my ear sending chills all throughout my body, he got hold of my hands put a note inside my hand then walk away leaving me stunned and lost for words. The girls around the table where currently staring at me, all I managed to say was,
'What the actual fuck just happened'
