Hey guys heres Chapter 1 finally I am very sorry for the wait. Just so you guys know I have hurt my wrist and its very hard to type, I will try my hardest to get more chapters done. BTW when Flora is talking its in BOLD.

*A Month Ago*
"I hate you why are you my daughter!" My mom screamed at me. See my dad left us when I was 8. Since then my mom has become an alcoholic and has started doing drugs. Now she is being as abusive as ever.
"I wish I took the pill!" She screamed straight at me.
"GO AWAY! I never want to see you again!" She screeched at me. By that point I already was half way out the door. I knew she never loved me, but we used to be so close when dad was here.
"Screw you!" I yelled at her. Then I ran and I didn't stop until I knew I was safe. Safe from that beast.
*Present Day*
I'm at my local adoption center, waiting to be picked. Even though I know this will never happen I can still dream right.
"Hi Cindy," I said to the owner of the adoption center. She seemed to be nice, unlike the kids here. Well I'm the oldest one at the orphanage I am now 17. See I came here when i was 14, so I've been here for about 3 years almost 4. This means that I need someone to adopt me before it's too late and I cant live here anymore.
"Hello Flora." Cindy said back.
"I'm going to go out for a ride be back in a little." I told her.
"Ok just be back by 1." She said. I headed out the door with my new pastel blue and purple penny board, I just got yesterday. I felt so cool when I rode my penny board in public, I don't know why I did but I bet its because its all new and shiny. I decided on going to the hat store around the corner then to Seven Eleven because I needed new hats and I wanted some food.
*At the hat store*
"Sup Jake." I said. You see Jake is the store owner and he's like my bestie from England. He always seemed to be there for me when I was down, he's just like a brother I never had.
"Hey Fora." He said back. Theres a ton of new hats and I really wanted some new beanies and a new snapback. I only had about $20 to spend here and then $10 for Seven Eleven. I decided on getting 2 beanies and 2 snapbacks, one beanie has the Sidemen logo on it and it was black, the other beanie had the 5 Seconds of Summer logo on it and a little fuzz ball on top of it. My first snapback had the superman logo on it, and my other one was covered in colorful flowers.
"Jake I'm ready to pay for my items." I told him.
"K Flors whats up haven't seen you in a while?" He asked.
"Ya I've been chilling in my room listening to vinyls on my new record player from Cindy." I said.
"Cool your total is going to be $20." He said.
"Perfect! Here you go." I said while handing hime my money.
"Bye Flors!" He called out to me.
"Bye Jackey!" I yelled back to him.
*At Seven Eleven* (I don't know if they have Seven Eleven in England so...)
I was going through all the rows of food and I finally found what I wanted; Flaming Hot Cheetos and a Hershey's chocolate bar. I then went to the drink section and got me a Green Tea Arizona.
"Your total will be $15 dollars." The clerk said.
"Dang it I only have $10 dollars." I whispered to myself. Apparently the man behind me heard me and said he would pay for me. I obliviously rejected his offer at first but then he literally handed the clerk his money.
"You didn't have to do that." I told him.
"Well a young lady like you should be able to have what she wants." He told me. Now that sounded freaky but I just told him thanks and rode back to the adoption center.
*At the adoption center*
"You're here just in time." Cindy said.
"Okay so why did I have to be here at 1?" I asked.
"We have adopters." She said. I realized I was so underdressed, being in sweatpants and a Green Day shirt and all. It came to my mind that I should probably go change, so I ran upstairs as fast as I could and started to get dressed into more presentable clothes.
I got changed into Black highwaisted skinny jeans, my grey crop top that has black lining around the neck and arms and also has cute af in black writing on the left side of my chest, I threw on my maroon vans and ran downstairs.
Cindy said to get in line from oldest to youngest so the adopters would know who to look at based on what age there looking for. Of course I had to end up in front of the line next to this girl named Bella, we usually never speak but when we do she is always really rude and mean to me.
I really want to get adopted but I doubt this will happen so I just sit on the floor knowing they will probably want a younger girl.
I hear the adopters walking and looking at all the kids mumbling to their selfs about who knows what. I know that their in front of me but I don't look up I just keep sitting there looking at the floor. Finally Cindy tells me to stand up and introduce my self to the people.
I look up and I see the people who kept me alive when I wanted to die and the people who always keep me laughing. I try to keep my calm and introduce myself.
"Hi I'm Flora nice to meet you guys."
"Hi Flora I'm Simon, and thats Ethan, Tobi, Josh, JJ, Harry, and Vik."
They then ask me what I'm into and I say what I normally say, which is FIFA, GTA 5, more games, MCR, FOB, GD, and more bands, Penny boarding, and making youtube videos for my channel.
They then go back to Cindy and they speak to her about who they want and I pretty much know it wont be me but here goes nothing.
