Gerald's POV- next day-
This morning I was up really really early. Well at least 8 is really really early for me. So I decided that I would go get some coffee. I went across the street to this little coffee shop to get my coffee and I must say, it's really cute.
"Hello I would like a dark coffee no sugar please." I say to the girl at the counter as I get my wallet out.
"Hello." I say as the girl stares at me.
"Um sorry it's just that your G-eazy. The G-eazy." I girl say in aww
"That's me." I say and smile at her.
"OMG your coffee, I'm so sorry." she say running to grab a cup for my coffee.
"It's fine I love my fans."
"I went to your concert last night you were amazing!!" She says while getting my coffee
"Well thank you sweetheart." I say as she hands me my coffee and I had her the money.
"Me and my best friend went together, to your concert." she says excitedly
"Really, is your friend here?" I ask
"Yeah we both work here. Hold on let me get her, she's on her break." She says running to the back. When she comes back I drop my coffee on the floor.
Katy.....

Katy's POV
"What do you want?" I ask Demi as she dragged me out of the break room.
"You'll see!" She says. Next thing you know Gerald is standing there with his cup of coffee now on the floor.
"Suprise!" She whispered in my ear, "I told him we went to his concert last night. Go on say hi." she whispered
"Hi" I whisper to him
"Hi" he whispers back
"Well you guys chat it up while I get back to work." she say as she pushed us to a table in the back and left.
"You look different" He says after a minute if silence
"A lot of stressful things happened in my life." I say looking down.
"I never said in a bad way." He says.
"Well you look different to. I guess your dream really did come true hmm." I say looking into his eyes.
"Yeah" he says then a moment of silence.
"How are you? How's your dad?"
"I'm good. And my dad died a month after we broke up." I say as I wipe a tear away.
" I'm so sorry." He said with sympathy.
"It's ok. It's not your fault, it's not my fault, I just wish he didn't die as early as he did."
" At least your ok." he said as he placed his hand in mine then polled away. But for some reason I wish he didn't. I miss him.
"Well I wouldn't say that." I said looking into my apron.
"What do you me..." he got cut off by Demi telling me my break is over.
"Okay Demi thanks." I say getting up. But I turn around and look at Gerald as he stands up from the chair. But then next thing that happened surprised me and him.

Gerald's POV
As she was walking away I got up and right when I got up she hugged me. I hugged back and didn't even know I was. We stayed like that for at least 30 seconds when she looked up at me with tears in her eyes.
"I wish we didn't end the way we did." She whispers
"Me too. I'm sorry I was an ass." I say
"Come on Katy let's go." that girl screams.
"Coming" Katy says letting go of me and walking to the back. Oh how I wish I never gave her shit for all the little things she did.
