ANNES POV
We should be registering in school soon. I wonder what kind of school kimmi and I will go too? I shouldn't worry too much." girls! Can you come down please?" I heard my mom shout. We came down as fast as we could. There was two papers on the counter.
" I know this sounds weird, but you guys will be going to different schools! Just pick one and fill out the registration form." I let that process a bit. Then the confusion hit.
What.
WHAAAAAAAT?!
WHY IN THE WORLD ARE WE ATTENDING DIFFERENT SCHOOLS?! KIMMI IS MY STEP SISTER AND BEST FRIEND! THAT MAKES NO SENSE!
"Huh, that makes perfect sense." Kimmi said. I stared at her. At one point it turned into a staring contest.
" how does that make perfect sense?!"
I screamed."Well, we spend a lot of time as it is now. We should have our space and our own time. Plus, we will make friends better this way. If we attend the same school, we'll always depend on each other." Well.......... I guess it makes a little sense when you put it that way.
We each picked out a school. We did it by random. Kimmi ended up with the school with a uniform. I could wear whatever I wanted to school. There was barely a dress code!
So, the first day of school came. I decided to dress a little. I decided on a classic black t-shirt, plaid skirt with down suspenders (like hatsune miku. If you have no idea who she is, google it.) white knee socks, and a few pieces of jewelry. Kimmi almost gave me a heart attack. I hardly recognize her!
She had her long hair with colorful highlights in a bun. She was wearing a white shirt with a pink Business jacket on. She had a black skirt on with white tights and dress shoes. With natural makeup and white pearl earrings and necklace, I could've mistaken her as a principal.
" what the heck are you wearing?!" She gave me a confused look like I was dumb. I made hand gestures comparing our cloths.
" OOOHHHH you mean my uniform. Honestly, I thought it was kinda cute!" Is she just say what I thought she just said. No. NO! She's turning preppy!!
She walked downstairs leaving me completely baffled. She's starting to change. I don't want her to change.
After breakfast, we walked together to school. Well, we did until we reached her school. Believe it or not, that is truely the school uniform. The boys wear jock jackets and jeans.
" see you after school!" Kimmi screamed as she ran to the entrance. I kept walking until I got to my school. My school was a zoo, I swear.
I ran quickly to the office, before I got ran over by what looked like the track team. The lady at the desk glanced at me, then full on stared. She scoffed and gave me the necessary stuff for my first few weeks.
I walked out of the office to a bunch of preppy girls. They all gasped and stared. I just stared back. One of them giggled.
" isn't it a little early for Halloween?" They all started laughing. Honestly I didn't care. I just did what I always do when someone says something like that.
" if it's too early. What's with all the face paint on your face. Isn't that for clowns?" I smirked and walked off. I could hear her growl. Looks like I made a enemy. I honestly could care less.
Everybody stared and whispered. Some even pointed. I heard a few giggles. All a thing called life. I set up my locker, and headed to class. I got in there to have all previous convos turn dead silent. I sat in a free seat and waited for the teacher.
