Do you ever get that feeling? Like as if at any moment you could crumble into pieces, or as if you loosing grip of reality as you slowly melted away from the world into darkness? That is how I felt , with the heavy weight in my chest, liquid slowly going down my arm as my back was against the cold floor. I felt numb as my legs had a static feeling in them; My vision starting to dull as well with everything around me being a blurry mess since my glasses fell to the floor, breaking. I felt a smile tug onto my face "Why... am I smiling?" I shouldn't be happy about taking my own life, but I feel like I am finally being freed from the darkness and depression of my life. The heaviness slowly got heavier as I slowly got sleepy and weak from the blood loss. As ringing filled my ears with me finally leaving the world where no one would care, until I saw something run to me...purple.
A loud beeping sound would fill my senses as I quickly sat up, breathing heavily. Quickly slamming my alarm to shut it up, I would look to see a pair of green glasses sitting on the table next to me. Putting them on, I stood up and walked to the bathroom which was down the hall from my bedroom I just walked out of. I would stand in the mirror to look at myself "I got a appointment today..guess I better get ready." Starting my morning, I would quickly do my usual morning routine, brush my teeth, brush my mess of hair, shave whatever was there, then head to my room quickly to get clothes before taking a quick shower. Then once I'm in my outfit consisting of a dirty blue hoodie, black sweats, and a pair of old tennis shoes. Sitting at the table to be eating a bowl of Coco puffs I feed my sweet, fat calico cat, Mittens. Taking some medication, I picked up my car keys and headed out.
"I am gonna be late to work, but I am sure they can manage" Letting out a sigh, I would stop at a red light before taking the time to listen to the music which played. I would quietly tap my fingers against the top of the steering wheel as I waited for the green light. The radio just played as I went into thought of many things such as the things I need to do, what to buy at the store, and some other..things. Glancing at the bandages on my arms I realized I need to change them again since they were slightly pink "Not again.." Letting out a frustrated sigh, I started to drive once more as the light turned green.Within minutes later I pulled up into the driveway, getting out of the car then making sure to lock it before heading inside the building. The waiting room was quiet with it only consisting of a teenage girl with her mother, a old woman, and a few other people. As I took a seat I started to hear muttering from the girl.
"Mom that man looks sick.." The girl said quietly as she glanced at me before the mother starting to give her a small lecture, quietly. I would keep my focus away from them as I started to tap my foot quietly against the floor, but quite fast. 'They're mocking me..' I can't control myself at times, especially when they started to speak to me. 'Scotty they are making fun of you again..looks like they see your unstability..They are staring at you Scott.' My grip was tight causing my fist to turn completely white with the strength I am using. I would try to stay as calm as I could, but only for it to get worst. I can't breath, I can't think, they are speaking, my arms hurt, what to I do?!
Before going onto a full panic mode there was a tap on my shoulder causing me to quickly stop what I am doing, and slowly return to reality. Glancing up was a woman with calm, blue eyes within a uniform showing she was a worker here "Mr.Carnell, he is ready to see you." Speaking a soft tone, she would help me to my feet. Quietly thanking her I headed back to his office for my once a month session. I walked into the room smiling as he would look over with a caring smile "Scott, how are you?" He would stand and shake my hand before sitting back down as I sat on the couch "I have been fine.." I muttered as I smiled as best as I could without looking like it was fake, but I knew he could see right through it "So let us begin our session?" He would right down something as I nodded before laying down.

Heading out of the building I would hold a note containing on what medicine I need next time I head to the pharmacy. Getting into my car then driving out of the parking lot, I headed to my job. It was not that far so it was only like a 5 minute drive. Pulling into the employee spot, I quickly got out of the car before dashing inside to only run past my boss "You're late again Carnell!" I quickly spun around, and gave a small smile "Sorry sir had a another appointment." He would soften his glare, but kept his stern look "Alright..now get your clothes changed, and start serving!" Dashing into the back, I would pull out my backpack then pull out my clothes before running to the bathroom, changing, then getting on my name tag then heading to the podium at the entrance.
As I wrote a few things down the door bell went off, and I looked up "Hello, welcome to Ruby Tuesday's how many-" I went quiet holding my notepad in my right hand. A man standing at 6'2 would be by himself in what seemed to be a purple scarf, brown jacket, with some black pants and shoes to go along with it. He was dark skinned with dark purple hair which was pulled into a spiky ponytail, and he had the prettiest white eyes- WAIT WHAT AM I SAYING?! I felt my face heat up slightly as I clutched the notepad tightly. He would give a smile "It's just me.." His voice was deep, but scruffy. I would stare for a moment before shaking my head, and picking up the menu to show him to a booth.
Setting down the menu, he would seat himself down "S-So w-w-what would you l-like..?" I held the notepad, my face still on fire. 'Stop it Scott, or he's gonna make fun of you' Giving a small nervous smile as I would remain calm as the man let out a half-hearted chuckle "I will just have water, please." Resting his head on the palm of his hand, I would nod, and make my way to the back "We need a water please!" Crashing and banging of pots and pans would sound out as within a minute one of my co-workers would hand me the glass "Ah thanks Erica" I quickly thanked her as the woman nodded before heading into the kitchen. She was cool since she was the first friend I made when I first arrived here. When she speaks its weird..it reminds me of Fo- actually nevermind my head is pounding now.
Going over to him, I would set down the glass in front of him. He would grin at me before clearing his throat "Thank you very much.." He looked at my tag "Scott, I like the sound of that." When hearing the compliment I felt my face burn. Seeing my face he let out a laugh "Man you get embarrassed easily!" I hid my face behind the notepad before hearing the laughing cease "Sorry 'bout that, but anyway I'm ready to order."

Cleaning the tables, I would go ahead and head over to the man before handing him his bill "Hope you have a good evening" Glancing up at me he would smirk "You too Scott." As he paid for his food, he handed me the recipt before leaving. Giving a confused look I would look at the receipt before turning red slightly
"The name is Vincent btw hope to speak to you! Text me~ -Vincent :P" There was a number next to it. I gave a tiny smile before being made fun of by Erica. I can't believe this is actually happening to me, well..let's hope nothing bad happens.
