🎀You have to stretch, there is no magical food to eat!!! Here's some stretches, if you do these two times a day you can get your splits from a week - two months🎀

🎀Simply sit on the floor, bend one leg, keep the other straight and reach for your toes and try to get your head onto your knee if you can! Repeat on each side🎀

🎀Sit on the floor, put your legs into a pike and reach for your toes🎀

🎀From the last stretch ^, open your legs and try to put your face to the floor, if you cant, just reach with your hands or put your elbows onto the floor🎀

🎀Lunge stand on your knees, put one leg in front of you so its like a square and lean forward but make sure your knee doesn't go over your toe🎀
