Some people say that living a hard life is what makes it great, that you haven't lived until you've been at your worst. Others would argue that living an easy life is living to the fullest.
By the age of twenty-five, idealistically, you should be married, have a decent job, a big house with a decent backyard, and a child or two. I am three-fourths of that: I have an amazing job, a decent sized house, and a daughter.
My life isn't a walk in the park. There are days where I want to just give up, just walk away and never look back.
You see, I believe everyone should have someone in their lives who pushes them to be their best and do their best. For me, that is my two year old daughter, Callie. With her father walking out the moment I informed him of my pregnancy, I became the sole provider for the both of us.
Since being left to raise a child on my own, I took the chance and moved to Texas. Here, I have established a positive life for my daughter and I. I've found a great job, I've made life-long friends, and raised my daughter in the most loving atmosphere possible.
There is one thing we lack. I lack a love life and my daughter lacks a father figure. This is completely by choice. No guy I've met this far has, in my eyes, been up to standard for me and my daughter. Most guys ran the moment they found out I had a daughter.
There is one man. One man who may just change that. And that man is Ashton Irwin.
