Alex's pov
I got up this morning but my wolf was moving around alot. I just thought he wanted to go for a run. But I had a meeting with the other Alphas from the other packs. So I don't go to school. I felt like to day will be great. So I got out of bed and hoped into the shower. When I was done I got dressed. As I was putting on my shoes. My sister torie walking in. "Hey I am off to school have a good meeting". She saying with a cheerful voice."why are you so cheerful today? I asked " because a new girl is coming to school and I want to meet her I hear she is a human." Ugh just what I need a human at the school.
I don't have problems with humans it is just that if a rogue attacks the pack they can kill them easily. And I don't like it when people that are on my grounds to be dead.
After the meeting
That meeting was so long. I mind linked my beta to tell him is as going for a run. Then I shut off any communication with any one. I ran for about an hour or so. But then I was about to to my favorite place to think over some things. I smelt the most amazing smell ever. It smelled like vanilla and strawberries. So I follow it and I saw a girl. Sitting on the cliff and she was crying. I see her pull out her phone and text someone.
Next thing I new my wolf was screaming mate!!!!
I realised that she was about the jump off the cliff that when I acted.
RILEYS POV
I closed my eyes and I felt the wind flying beneath me. I feel free but that all came to an end when I felt arms around me and pulled me up. Am I dead? But then I heard a deep husky voice telling me to open my eyes. I opened them and there was the most sexiest guy ever. He had brown hair with a little bit of blonde. He had these most bluest eyes. "Why we're you about to kill yourself?" He yelled at me I just did not answer.
I look at him and he look really mad at me like I did something wrong. I am peace now that I'm dead. But as he was holding me me it got tighter and there was these tingles. I got out of his grip. "Why we're you trying to kill yourself?!" He yelled. I just shrugged.
ALEX'S POV
Why is she not talking to me. Is she deaf or something? "Why we're you trying to kill yourself?!" I yelled. And she shrugged. So my mate is not deaf, but what is she?
