Chapter 2- "new friends,new life"

So, today's the big day, this is the first day that my life will change. All week I have been anticipating this day and it's finally here! At 3:00 pm today I will be on a tour bus with 12 other people for what might be, the biggest tour of my life! Ahhh I'm so excited its a dream come true! I just can't believe that I will be apart of something I have envied all of people for. Which gets me to thinking, I have some big shoes to fill! I try not to think about it too much but hey, I'm human and I get nervous too! Anyways, I have been packing like crazy all day and let me tell you, this packing shit is so not easy. I figured as I pack I should do a snapchat just to check in with my fans, wow it's still so crazy that I DO have fans.
During snapchat: "what's up guys! It's me, Emilia and today is the big day! We're going to digitour!" I say to my iPhone jumping up and down acting like an idiot. What can I say, I get crazy when I'm excited. "Ok so, I've been packing all day and o.m.g am I worn out, but I'm almost done finally so I'm going to get this shit over with and I'll check in with you guys later! Love you all so so much!" I say with a smile and signing off with a kiss, I get back to packing my bags when I hear the doorbell ring. I run out my bedroom door and down the stairs to open the front door,little do i know it's Hayley! She's been my best friend since umm...EVER! Boy was I glad to see her.
"Omg Hayley I'm so glad you're here!" I say excitedly while giving her a huge hug. "Oh girl now you know I couldn't let my girl go on her first tour without sprinkling a little Hayley dust everywhere" she says with a laugh. "Well duh! That's why I love you. But seriously I need your help, there's so much to do in so little time."
"Well let's get this show on a roll you're not gonna be late on my watch!" She says running up to my room like a wild woman, this is why I love her. We spend at least 2 hours packing and making sure I have everything I could possibly need. "Wow I am beat!" I say slinging myself onto my bed, Hayley does the same. "Yea that was harder then I expected, but we did it!" We laugh and give each other a high five. All of a sudden I hear my mom yell for me to come to the living room. "I think this is it Emilia, it's time" Hayley says putting her hands on my shoulders. "You're a little over dramatic sometimes" I say to her with a smile. We grab all my things and run down stairs to see my mom and dad standing in the door way with THE Meridith Valiando Rojas the CEO of digitour. Someone pinch me I must be dreaming. "Hello Emilia, it's very nice to meet you." She says shaking my hand with a smile. "It's such an honor to meet you, really." I say with a big goofy smile. "So are you ready to head out on this new adventure we have set up for you? Everyone is waiting on the bus."
"Boy am I ever! A little nervous but mostly excited." I say jumping up and down. "Haha well good, keep that energy and let's get going!" She walks outside to the bus as my parents and Hayley help me carry my things outside. "Well this is it, my baby girl isn't so much of a baby anymore." My mom says with tears in her eyes. "Aww mom you're gonna make me cry, and fyi I will always be your little girl." I say hugging her very tight. "Don't forget about your good ole dad."
"Oh daddy I could never forget about you." I say running into his arms, and that's when I lost it. "You be good lady bug." That's what he calls me, isn't it cute😘 "now this will be the hardest part" I say looking at my best friend. "Don't go out there and get a new best friend." She says with a sad face. "I could never do that, besties for life." We pinky promise and hug each other so tightly letting a tear roll down my cheek as I walk towards the bus. Ahh here we go Emilia new friends, new life.
