It was another day

the next week

the third week

of A'zariah ignoring Jazai

Getting ready for school was hard without being on FaceTime with the boy, without being in the boys arms.

But he couldn't do it.

He couldn't trust someone again.

Last time he did that they almost took advantage.

Even A'zariah's butler knew something was up, the man cooked him breakfast everyday, noticing he wouldn't eat like he used to. Which was unusual but also usual because he would cook for the boy any other day.

But not every day.

Once A'zariah was finished he headed down stairs only to run into Myheir who was coming up stairs

Mr.Leroy must have let him in, already knowing the boy.

He knew he needed help, the butler just didn't know how to give it.

"You can't keep on avoiding him, ya know?"

'Well that's one way to greet your best friend...' A'zariah nods but really on the inside he just wanted to avoid life.

"He really does love you 'Zari, n' ya know you love him too." He called him by his childhood nickname, bringing A'zariah back to when he didn't feel like this.

"I know." A'zariah tried to avoid the conversation by agreeing, going to sit at the table where breakfast was made for two.

Myheir sat down and stared A'zariah down, "What?" The boy said with an attitude, looking away with tears in his eyes.

He'd cry at the thought of Jazai.

He wanted to be next to him, near him, even just to get a glimpse of him

But he was afraid

Afraid of the heartache

Afraid of the feeling

Afraid of the Future

What if they broke up and couldn't even look at each other the same

What if Jazai's putting up an act.

A'zariah doesn't know

He never does at this point

"C'mere ..." Myheir pulled A'zariah in for a hug which the boy resisted at first but soon fell into his childhood friends arms.

And oh boy did he cry.

He's never had a shoulder to lean on so when his brother offered, he took it, he cried and cried, snot stuffing up his nose.

He ugly crode..

"Damn nigga, I get we having a moment but yo shi' built up.." Myheir let out a small disgusted chuckle.

"Thank you." A'zariah got up from the boys arms and wiped his face the best he could, even though some tears just wouldn't stay in his eyes.
