Telling the Truth & Alex

Zoe decides it's time to tell our viewers about the pregnancy.
Tanya and I dress in tshirts and leggings and Converse, with foundation, concealer and cream eyeshadow- we want to match.
Zoe switches the camera on and all four of us sit down together.
"Hello everybody," says Zoe.
"Good morning guys!" Says Alfie.
"Hi, it's Tanya," says Tanya.
"And Zoe," I say.
"And we make Zanya." We say together.
"And today we've got some exciting news for you guys."
"You might have noticed something different about me," says Zoe. "My last video had a few comments about my tummy. You all said I had a little bump, and others said I just put on a little weight."
"Well," says Alfie, "we are all very excited, because- Zoe," he looks over at her.
"I am pregnant!"
We all cheer and clap.
"It's twins," I say.
"There was Zoe's heartbeat and the baby's," says Alfie,
"And they found a second baby's heartbeat." Tanya finishes.
"This may come as a surprise for some of you," Zoe says happily. "It was for me! But thankyou for watching, and please comment baby names."

"So give this video a like, I will see you all very soon, we will still be making videos,"
Says Zoe.
"Bye from Zoe,"
"And Tanya,"
"Zanya," we chorus.
"Goooood- Bay!!" Alfie finishes, covering the camera with his hand the way he always does.
The video gets 3000,000 views, 2900,000 likes. We get thousands of name comments, but Zoe already has her girls name. She won't tell any of us, or the viewers- it's a surprise.
A while later, I get a text from Alex.
"Hey beautiful r u busy?"
"Not really, y?"
"Want to come into town?"
"Sure- come on over I'll be down in a minute. 😘"
I run upstairs and pull on shorts with opaque tights underneath, a black long sleeved crop top and a purple hoodie, with black Converse.
"I'm going out with Alex!" I call to Zoe and Tanya. Alfie is out.
"Okay- text if you need a lift." Zoe replies.
"Have a good time," Tanya calls.
Alex knocks on the door a while later.
"I thought we could go to Costa Coffee." He says.
We walk into town together. When we get to Costa I order a hot chocolate and Alex gets a Frappuchino.
When we're done we decide to go to the shopping centre.
"So have you seen the video we posted this morning?"
"Yeah- about Zoe being pregnant?"
I nod.
"I think it's really cool- but what about you?"
"Me?"
"You and Tanya. Are they sending you back?"
"No!" I cry.
"But what's the point of adoptive kids when you have kids of your own?"
"They love us!" I shout. "And I thought you loved me too but apparently not!"
I storm out, outside to the road and call Zoe.
"Can you pick me up outside the shopping centre?" I ask.
"On my way."
Five minutes later I'm in Zoe's car crying.
"What's wrong? What happened?"
"He was asking if you were sending us back, and I said no. He asked why and he was being obnoxious so I just said because you love us and apparently
You don't. And then I ran out crying and rang you."
Suddenly I look out the window and see him standing there, confused and sad looking. I cry so much harder.
Later, I'm crying in my room when Zo knocks on my door.
"Zoe? You have a visitor."
"Is it him?"
"Yes."
"Tell him I'm asleep."
"I'm here, Zoe." I hear Alex's voice. I curse silently.
"Right. Come in then."
"Zoe- I'm so sorry. I do love you. I was just confused- and jealous of your cool parents. Can you forgive me?"
"Well... Okay."
We hug and he goes in for a kiss but I pull away.
"Not yet."
"Okay."
He leaves and for some reason I don't feel any happier.
Is Alex really the one for me?
