Alyssa's POV
I'm actually meeting him today. Like THE matthew espinosa. Dead. I'm dead. What if I mess something up. Oh god. What if he thinks I'm so ugly that he doesn't even want to meet me. Shit. Uhg. What do I do. I have like 3 hours before I have to be there. I should start getting ready now. I got up and walked to my closet. I picked the outfit that me and my best friend picked out for today. It was a pair of high waisted shorts with a brown belt, a lace half sleeve shirt with a really short tank top crop top under it, black converse, and a white flower crown. I walked to the bathroom with my stuff and took a quick shower. I got dressed and curled my hair a little at the bottoms. I did my makeup and put on my shoes. I ran downstairs because my friend had gotten here. She's meeting him with me so we just decided to meet up after me got dressed and stuff.
"Oh my god. It's finally here. The day that we finally get to meet him. Holy shit" I said
"I know. Calm down, it's going to be great" my friend Paige said.
"I know. I just don't want to mess anything up, you know?" I said
"What would you mess up"
"I don't know like what I say or like I don't know just anything. Like what if I trip or something" I said
"He'll catch you and it'll be very cute" she said. I smiled, but still didn't plan on tripping. I decided not to eat much because when I get nervous, I tend to feel sick. And I'm not looking forward to throwing up on him. I just had a granola bar and ill eat after the show. They have like concession stands and stuff too so it'll be good. After we ate and stuff , we got what we needed and walked out. It was about an hour long ride there so we had to start driving early. We drove to the arena and there was a huge line. We got in the vip line and waited. Once there was about 3 people in front of us, i got really nervous.
"Im really nervous help" i said.
"Here" she said, giving me a really big hug. I hugged back so tight that she could hardly breathe.
"Eh em" the guy at the front of the line said.
"Oh sorry" paige said as she handed him the tickets. I pulled away and we started walking. There was only about 10 minutes until the meet and greet started since we got there a little late. We got in the line to meet Jake Foushee since he was the first one in the line. There was a line of people that went jake, jack and jack, madison beer, sammy wilk, dillon rupp, aaron carpenter, wes and kenny, and finally, matthew. He was the main person on the tour since it was his tour. When we finally got up, i went first and walked up to jake. I hugged him very tightly.
"Hey. Whats your name?" Jake asked
"Alyssa" i said
"Ohh alyssa. How are you alyssa?" He asked
"Great. Thanks" i said. We took a picture and i hugged him once more. He smelt really good.
"I love you" i said
"I love you too babe" he said. I pulled away and moved on to jack and jack. Wow. They are actually standing in front of me. Oh my. Im gonna cry. I hugged gilinsky first and cried into his chest since im like a foot shorter than him. He rubbed my back which was very calming.
"I love you so much" i said
"I love you toooo" he said. I smiled and pulled away. I then hugged johnson. He hugged back and picked me up off the ground. He hugged me super tight. Uhg i love him.
"I love you" i said
"I love you too babe" he said "whats your name?"
"Alyssa" i said, as he put me down and got ready for the picture. I stood in between them both as we took the picture.
"Thats a very pretty name for a pretty girl" he said. Awe.
"Thank you" i said, as i hugged him again. I then had to move on to madison. I love madison oh my god.
"Hi" she said, very energetically.
"Hi" i said, as i hugged her.
"I love you" i said
"I love you too. How are you?" She asked
"Great. Hows jack?" I asked. She laughed a little but answered.
"Amazing. His eyebrows are very bushy" she said. We both laughed and took a picture. I moved on to sammy and instantly hugged him. Uhg he smelt so good. Why. Why do they all have to smell so good. He picked me up like jack did and spun me around. His hair was so soft awe. I love his blonde hair. He put me down and looked at me in the eyes.
"I know what your going to ask. Whats your name. Alyssa. Im alyssa" i said
"Your very beautiful alyssa" he said
"Awe" i said, as i hugged him.
"Your so nice" i said
"Priorities right?" He said. I smiled and we got ready until he kissed my cheek. We took the picture like that and i had to move on.
"She was very pretty" sammy whispered to madison. I overheard and laughed a little.
"I love you too sammy!" I yelled. He looked at me and winked. I just laughed. Next was dillon. I hugged him and he hugged back very tightly.
"I love you dillon" i said
"I love you too. How do you want to take the picture?" He asked
"Uhm...can you kiss me on the cheek?" I asked. He nodded and did so. We took the picture and i then moved on to aaron. I hugged him really tightly. He hugged back and kissed my cheek. I pulled away and took the picture.
"I love you" i said as i hugged him once more.
"I love you too" he said as i pulled away and walked over to wes and kenny. Id never met kenny before but i sure have met wes.
"Hey" kenny said
"Hi" i said as i hugged him. We took a picture and i walked to wes.
"Hey" wes said. Ive known wes for a ling time. We went to elementary school until i moved to boston. He had a crush on me from 4th grade all through 6th. I would have been friends with him but if we were to be really good friends and he liked me then it would have ruined the whole friendship. Now here he is. Standing right here very awkwardly.
"So.." I said
"CMON TAKE THE PICTURE" Fans started yelling. I stood next to him and he put his arm around me. I smiled and so did he. The picture was taken and i instantly remembered that matt was next. Oh god. Im not ready.
"Hey!" Kenny said. Oh thank god.
"Yeah?" I asked
"Do you guys know each other? Whats your name?" He askdd
"Alyssa" wes said. I nodded
"We went to elementary school together. Ill explain later" wes said. Kenny nodded. i turned around to see matt walking over to me with his arms open. Oh god. Holy shit. Uhm..HUG HIM ALYSSA HUG HIM! I walked over and hugged him. He picked me up and i wrapped my legs around him.
"I love you so much" i said, as i automatically started crying.
"OI love you babe" He spun around and then put me down. He looked at me and then put his hands on my face and wiped off the tears.
"Please dont cry babe" he said. I nodded and wiped the tears.
"Come here" he said. He hugged me again and i hugged back.
"Whats your name?" He asked
"Alyssa" i said, still wiping tears. I saw a security guard start to walk over and matt turned around.
"No. Its okay. Let her have a few minutes. Please" matt said. Why did he do that? The guard left and matt looked at me again.
"You okay with stage kissing?" Matt asked
"Wait really?" I asked. What?
"Yes. Come here" he said. He leaned down and put his 2 thumbs on my lips. He pressed his lips on his thumbs and closed him eyes. He then pulled away and hugged me again. He then took a regular picture with me where his arm was around my shoulder and i was holding his hand.
"Do you think you can try to not tell anyone that that was my idea? Fans can make up some crazy things" matt said. 'Crazy things'. Wow.
"Yeah definitely" i said, looking down. I then walked off and stood against a wall. What just happened. Like what actually just happened. After the meet and greet, we had about a half hour until the show. Paige went to go get some food so i just sat against that same wall.
"Hey" i heard someone say as they sat next to me. I looked over and it was wes.
"Arent you supposed to be backstage?" I asked
"Yeah. But kennys confused about everything. I came to see if you wanted to come backstage and explain" he said.
"Am i aloud to?" I asked
"If i tell them that i know you. Which i do" he said. We stood up and i texted paige. She said that she will be here in like a minute.
"Can my friend come?" I asked. He nodded and she walked up.
"Hello" she said
"Hey" wes said. We walked to the door and the guard looked at us.
"I know them" he said. The guard opened the door and we walked in. All the guys were there and they just looked at us. I then saw matt come out of a different room. He looked at me and i shook my head. I could tell he just lost 20 pounds off of his shoulders.
I just dont know why he wanted me not to tell anyone. Whatever. We walked over to kenny as paige went to talk to aaron.
"Hey" i said
"Hey" kenny said. I just explained some stupid things about how i didnt want to be friends with wes cause it would be awkward and yeah. He then understood and after that, as i was walking out, someone grabbed my arm. I turned around and it was matt.
"Come here" he said. He brought me to the side of the stage where you could see the performances.
"You can stay here. You and your friend. Im going on in 5. So watch this and then you can watch my performance from the front if you want. Just meet me back here when im done. But without your friend" he said
"Okay" i said. He nodded and ran off. Whys he being like this. Uhg im so confused. I watched jack and jack perform and right after that, i went out front. I met up with paige and we watched matt. I told her that i was going to the bathroom so she wouldnt follow me. I walked back to that door and i totally forgot that the guard was there.
"I was here earlier with wes" i said
"No you werent"
"Yeah actually i was" i said
"I didnt see you" he said. Of wait hes a different guard. Shit.
"Thats cause your a different guard" i said
"Okay but your still not getting in" he said
"Why not"
"Cause i you have no proof that you were here" he said. Uhg. Matts waiting.
"Matts waiting for me" i said
"What are you his girlfriend"
"No. Just let me in" i said
"Hey. Let her in" matt said as he opened the door from inside. The guard just stood there as matt pulled me in. Wait what did he want anyway.
"So why am i here again?" I asked
"Because. Your chill. And really pretty. I want to get to know you" he said. What.
"Really?" I asked
"Yeah" he said
"Why do you think i asked the guard for a few more minutes" he said. Ohh thats why. Awe. Wait but..what?
"Wait but why" i said as we sat down
"Why do i want to get to know you?" He asked
"Yeah"
"Because. Your really pretty and i already like your personality and ive only known you for like an hour" he said.
"Oh" i said
"What" he said
"I didnt think you would think that" i said "i thought i would just be like everyone else. I would just meet you and thats it. You would never see me again" i said, looking down
"Well your not like everyone else" he said, as he lifted my chin up with his fingers.
"Stop" i said
"What"
"Stop doing that" i said. He took his fingers off and looked at me.
"Stop doing what" he said
"Stop being so nice and like caring and that little smirk smile thing you do just stop" i said, kinda laughing
"I do that?" He askdd
"Yes" i said, now laughing.
"Awe your laugh is so cute" he said
"Stop!" I said. He just laughed as sammy walked in.
"Hi?" He asked
"Hi" i said
"Whats this?" He asked, smirking.
"Conversation" i said
"Oh. Oh yeah. Love ya" sammy said
"Love ya too" i said, winking. We both laughed and matt just made a face.
"You look terribly confused" i said
"I am" he said
"When i met him, he kept saying i was pretty and he whispered it to madison and i was like 'i love you too sammy'" i said
"Oh?" Matt said. We all just laughed. We talked until the show ended. Everyone was starting to leave. A little while ago, i told paige that i came here so she just came and joined. Me, matt, and sammy exchanged numbers and i had to promise not to leak it. I dont blame them for that though. We had to kind of sneak out so fans didnt see us. We got to where we could just leave with everyone else. After some people noticed who i was, they started asking questions.
"Did matt ask you to stage kiss or did you ask him"
"Why did matt stage kiss you"
"Does matt have a crush of you" and stupid things like that. I just ignored them for a while until i started to get annoyed.
"Can you guys just stop asking questions so we can get out of here? Im getting claustrophobic" i said, as nicely as i could. Most of them stopped and about 10 minutes later, we finally got out. I took a deep breath of fresh air and it felt great. We got in the car but paige was driving this time. By the time we were driving, the guys were already in the bus. I looked behind us and they were driving right behind us.
"Paige. They are driving right behind us" i said. She looked in the mirror and laughed.
"Oh my god" she said. I saw sammy wave through the front windshield and i went to the back of the car. I waved back and then matt came and waved. I blew a kiss to them and sat back down. I then got a text from matt.
F: Matthew😉
Do you guys want to come get pizza with us?
T: Matthew😉
Sure😉where? And when?
F: Matthew😉
The one around the corner from here. And right now
T: Matthew😉

I told paige and she drove to the place. We parked and the bus parked next to us. Everyone got out and we joined them. We walked in and sat down at like 3 tables together. We ordered out pizza and i heard something outside. Shit. I was sitting next to matt so i hit his arm. He looked in back of us and there were a few fans outside. More and more came every few minutes.
"Who tweeted where we are" matt said. Nobody said anything.
"They must have followed the bus" matt said
"Yeah. Uhm what do i do. If they see me, things are going to get worse" i said
"I think they already saw you" he said. Right then i heard a girl yell:
"THATS THE GIRL WHO STAGE KISSED MATT WITHOUT ASKING"
All the fans started screaming. Oh god. The pizza came and we kinda just tried to ignore the fans. Apparently whenever any of the guys are in boston, they come here. So the people there know why the fans are there. Dillon was getting annoyed so he walked over to the fans. He tried to only open the door so he could get out but the fans ended up getting in also. They all ran up to us and i tried to hide my face. It didnt work though since the fans just pried my hands off my face. They started all asking questions and pushing me and stuff and matt got really mad.
"Alright guys you need to leave. Shes just a friend. I asked her if she wanted to stage kiss because she asked but i couldnt hear her" He yelled.
"No, matt its fine" i said, as i tapped his leg since he was now standing on the chair.
"No its not fine. They cant push you like that. But seriously you guys need to leave. We are just trying to chill out after the show" he said
"Matt" i said
"Yeah guys you actually do need to leave. This is my restaurant and im telling you that you need to leave" the lady that owns the store said. Her husband then came out and pushed them all out. They just hung out very quietly outside once we got everyone out.
"You didnt have to. It was just a misunderstanding" i said
"I know. But they make false accusations" he said. I nodded and we finished our pizza. After we finished, the fans were still there. Once we stood up, they started screaming again. Oh my god.
"Ready? This is the part where we run" matt said as we walked up to me.
"Run?" I asked
"Get on my back" he said. I did so and we walked up to the door. The owner was telling them to make a path so once they did, matt opened the door and ran. He ran so fast that the fans couldn't even grab his shirt. He ran into the bus and everyone followed. He put me down and I put my hands on my knees.
"Oh my god" I said, catching my breath.
"You okay?" He asked
"Yeah" I said. I stood up and hugged him.
"Thank you" I said
"Your welcome beautiful"
"So uhm. How am I getting home" I said
"Your not. Your gonna have to come to the hotel for the night" he said
"Really?" I asked, not relieved
"Yeah. It's the safest way. Unless you want crazy fans ripping your hands off your arms while your watching Netflix" he said.
"True. Fine" I said
"What about my car" I said
"Hold on" he said before running out. He ran through the fans and into the building. He talked to the owner and he ran back until he got stopped by a fan.
"DO YOU LIKE HER?" The fan asked
"I don't know do I?" He said before running in.
"Margret said you can keep your car here over night"
"Who's Margaret"
"The owner" he said
"Oh. Okay cool" I said
"Yeah so anyway. How was your experience in there" he said, purposely trying to bother me
"Not fun. Is that what it's like to date someone famous?" I asked
"Worse" he said
"Oh then it looks like I'm not dating you anytime soon" I said
"No no no I'll make it go away" he said
"Okay" I said. I sat down next to sammy on the couch.
"So. Looks like I'll be spending the night with you guys" I said
"Good" sammy said, winking
"Ew go away" I said, laughing and pushing him a little.
"Yo" matt said, laughing a little
"Joking" he said, putting his hands up. We talked as we drove to the hotel. When we got there, there were even fans at the hotel.
"Great" I said, as I looked out the window. Matt stood next to me and saw what I was looking at.
"Here" he said, as he put one of his beanies over my face
"I can't breathe in here" I said
"It's only for a few seconds. Get on my back" I did so, and we ran out again. I heard people yelling all different things.
"WHO IS SHE"
"WHO IS THAT"
"EW WHAT IS SHE DOING NEAR HIM"
"EW ITS THE GIRL WHO STAGE KISSED MATT"
Once I heard that, I instantly fell just closed my eyes. When we got the rooms, I was asked who I wanted to be in a room with and I said matt. I was like half asleep now so I just mumbled it before laying back on Matt's shoulder. I closed my eyes, trying to fall asleep. I think the guys thought I was asleep because they started talking about things that I think they didn't want me to hear.
"You really like her don't you" Jack gilinsky said
"Yeah. I just wish she knew that I like her as much as I do" matt said. Awe. Matthew. I felt him look at me and kiss the top of my head.
"I know that you like me" I said, very quietly
"Wait you heard that?" Matt asked
"Yes" I said. "I can't fall asleep that quickly"
"Oh" he said, looking down a little.
"Uhg I love you so much" I said. He smiled a little as I got more comfortable. The elevator opened and we got out. We walked to our seperate rooms and put our stuff down.
