Feelings?

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock blaring " One last time" . I pulled the covers off my bare legs and walked to my closet. I wanted simple but fancy, so I decided on a pink dress that went down just above my knees and a light blue jean jacket. To finish the outfit I added my silver sandels. I headed for the bathroom to do my hair and makeup. I put my hair in a high bun, and added braids to make it look like I actully put work in it. I did my usual makeup, light brown eyeshadow, powder, and masscare. I brushed my teeth and headed downstairs for breakfast.

"Hey mom. " I said smiling
"Good morning, sweetie. How did you sleep? "
"Great. " I said grabbing the syrup for my pancakes. I ate quickly and headed for school. Im happy that I have a week till senior year is over. I drove to starbucks and ordered a vanilla frap and drove to school.

I walked in, and as usual I was greeted by many people. I went straight for my locker and grabbed my Chemistry and Math textbook. Before I could close my locker Laurn did. Oh, I didnt mention her, anyway Laurn is my bestfriend. We have been bestfriends since kindergarten. She has been there for me through everything. Happy moments, sad moments, break upps, etc.

"Hey." She said smiling ear to ear. I was looking at her confused because she is never really.. how do you say it... Perky. We have always hated them girls. Their annoying.

"What? " I asked smiling so that my teeth were showing. She looked at me confused this time. She probably has a new boyfriend and wants to talk about him. I've always been jealous of her looks.

"Only week till were out of this hell hole! " I laughed and agreed with her. I walked to Chemistry class (which was by the front desk) when Mrs. Stewert the lady at the front desk called my name. "Alexis will you come here for a moment, please. " I nodded and walked to her.

"Will you show Jack around?" I gave her a confused look. She pointed behind me. I turned around and saw a tall figure standing there. I really dont have crushes but, who wouldnt like him. Sharp jawline, tan skin, perfect muscles. He is really attractive. He must've caught me staring because he whispered,

"Take a picture it will last longer. " His hot, minty breath sent shivers through my spine. He smirked. I rolled my eyes and said I would. I showed him my classes and we all had the same classes besides 3 period which I was in dance he was in football. I showed him his locker which was a few ones down from mine. I walked to Chemistry but was stopped by Jack. "Hey. " He said smiling showing his white teeth. "Hey.. " I said akwardly back. He smirked and we walked into Chemistry. Mr. Gregory gave a smile and said take a seat. Mr. Gregory stopped Jack and told him to introduce himself.

" Im Jack Gilinsky. " he smiled and looked around and saw a seat next to me. All the girls were basicly drooling over him but he only looked at me which I thoght was weird. Maybe he likes me? No im ugly he cant. I pushed that thought away. Mr. Gregory put a video on which meant the lights were turned off. I stared at the screen and in the corner of my eye, I noticed that Jack was staring at me. I waited a couple of minuets to say something.

" take a picture it will last longer. " i copied the words he had used earlier. I smirked, and looked away. Today was going to be a long day, t.g.i.f.

~~~timeskip to after school~~~

Me and Lauren pushed through people to get outside. "Alexis! " I turn around and see Jack standing there smiling at me. I mouthed him 'hold on'.

" Who is the hotty. "She said twirling her hair and smaking down on her gum. I rolled my eyes and said "Jack..." I put my stuff down and walked over to him. "So..." I said looking down. " The project for Math, we can do it at my house. " I smiled. "Sure. " I was trying not to look up. "You can come over Saturday. " he came his address and I took that as a goodbye. We exchanged numbers and headed for our cars. Why is he so attractive. I hope Lauren doesnt pull any thing on him. Whatever. I pushed all the thoughts of him away, for now. I just need to get home.
