My View

Chapter 3

Jenny finally wakes up at 11:30 and finds out Serena left. The blast comes in and sees a crying Serena leaving The Empire. She quickly gets ready and heads over to Nate. When the elevator doors open Chuck is trying desperately to sober up Nate who was slowly drifting in and out of consciousness. "Chuck...." Jenny said as she looked at the two men.
"Jennifer you shouldn't be here. Nathaniel is not himself right now."
"I was just coming to see if he was ok after the whole thing with Serena."
"Yes, you see he drank his worries away."
"I see. Call me when he's better and I'll come back. Ok?"
"Ok, talk to you later Jennifer" Jenny slowly walked to the elevator and got in. She stopped the elevator to give herself a minute to stop crying. Then, walked out trying to not start crying again.

It's 5:00 and Chuck calls "Hello Brooklyn, Nathaniel is waking up from his nap. You can come see him whenever."
"I'm on my way." Jenny responds and hangs up the phone. She gets in the elevator at The Empire and is hesitant to go up. When she finally gets there and the elevator opens she sees Nate. Jenny walks him to the couch and explains to him she's just here to see if he's ok. "Nate, are you ok? I mean I saw you earlier, drunk..." She trailed off.
"Jenny, I'm sorry you shouldn't have seen me that way you're young, you're a kid."
"Nate, I'm not a kid! I'm a junior, a year older then when you lost your virginity! Stop treating me like your little sister because I'm not!" Jenny screamed. Nate stood up and put his hands on her shoulders but, she shoved him away and turned around to walk out the door. Tears ran down her face as she stepped in the elevator. She got down to the bottom floor wiping away tears. The elevator opens.....
"I see that went well" Chuck grinned.
"Chuck, just leave me alone." She shoved him. He then hopped in the elevator and Jenny left the building.
"Chuck, I was an ass to Jenny. Can you help?" Nate said as soon as his best friend came into the room.
"How about a party? I know Jenny's going to it on Gossip Girl it's at Blair's and Serena won't be there she flew to Mexico this morning with Carter." Chuck replied.
"A party sounds good." Nate chuckles and gets up to go.

Meanwhile.....
Jenny comes home to change and fix her makeup from crying. In ten minutes she was out the door headed to  the Waldorfs. She gets there and gets in the elevator. Before, it closes Chuck and Nate jump in the elevator. Jenny stands in the back and doesn't talk. Nate smiles but, Jenny doesn't smile back. They get to Blair's floor and Jenny scurries out over to Blair. They talk for a few minutes and head upstairs. "Blair, he treats me like a kid and I'm not. I need to show him that."
"Alright, I can work with that. Something sexy, but not slutty. Something elegant but not ball gown. I think I have something." She runs into Serena's room and pulls out a knee length, body hugging black dress, with no back. Blair gets polka dot stockings and Louboutin heels with spikes going down the back of the heels. Jenny thanks her and goes down stairs. Nate looks at her in shock.
It's almost eleven and Jenny is about to sneak out until....
"Jenny, where are you going?"
"To have fun!" Jen says.
"Jenny, you're drunk I see."
"No I'm not. How dare you!" Jenny replies slurring it all. Nate takes her arm and leads her to the elevator. Jenny and Nate are in the elevator and out of no where she kisses him. "I'm not a little kid, see I can party and be wild. Just show me that you believe me." Jenny giggles. Nate kisses her just to shut her up and they begin to make out. Jenny then says she feels sick and throws up in her bag.
Nate calls Blair when she doesn't answer he has to call Serena. "Serena there's a problem Jenny got drunk and is your mom at your house with Rufus?"
"No, they are away in Boston visiting Scott. So she's staying with Dan at the loft."
"Shit, where do I say she is?"
"Call Dan and tell him. He's understanding."
They talk a little more and then he calls Dan. He brings her to the loft and they sober her up and she passes out on her bed.
"I'm going to kill her!" Dan exclaims
"Dan, you got drunk in high school!"
"Ok, true. We won't tell Dad!"
"Ok." Then Nate was going to leave but Dan says it is alright if he stays.
Everything is fine till next morning.......
