when you where in the Hospital Zayn bursed into tears "don't cry babe" you tried to say to him "Tell me you'll be fine" he said to you you tried to get up but Zayn pulled you back down "no babe get some rest I need you here" he whispered to you "Zayn if I ever don't make it promise me you'll be happy" you told him, Zayn cried and hugged you, you slowly lost your breath "babe? BABE!" Zayn ran out the room trying to get the nurse "My girl.....Breathing...HELP!" he said good thing the nurse got a clue of what he was saying and went inside the room. after the operation the nurse went out the room and Zayn ran towards her saying "tell me she made it" "she wants you to go to her" the nurse replied "i'm going to die Zayn" you told Zayn "no babe your not going to" he replied "yes I am Zayn im going to die in 4 hours" you told him "but why?" he answered "I need an extra kidney but its too late for a donor" you said to him "then im going to give mine to you please babe" he said to you, you kept on sayin no but it was too late zayn already called the nurse and said he was going to give you his other kidney...... in the operating room you felt really dizzy because it was almost four hours and befor the operation started you closed your eyes and catche your last breath "BABE NO!" zayn shouted while bursting into tears "sorry your girl didn't make it" the doctors said to Zayn.... your spirit was near Zayn and you whispered "be happy Zayn i'll be fine you still have many years to live promise me you'll find another girl to love and marry her take care of her i'll be fine in heaven stop crying already ok? I love you Zayn" he somehow heard you and he replied "I wont forget you babe you'll always be in my heart I love you too" you kissed his cheek and said "Bye babe I love you while tears were falling down your cheek
