Chapter 3

Beach.

It was officially the first day of summer but all I could think bout was last night and that note that was read by Clair and Jordan doing something crazy and of course Kyle punching that unknown kid in the face breaking his nose. It's gonna to be a long day I thought to myself as I looked at the clock it was only 10:30am. I started to put my feet down on the floor when I heard my phone vibrating on the night stand next to me. I reached over and grabbed it the log said blocked so I just left to to ring. I hopped up and jumped in the shower when I came back out I looked on my phone it had said ten missed calls by the blocked number. As I went to clear the call log the phone vibrated in my hand I looked down to see it was Clair calling. I answers it. Hello...Mia are you up I need you to come get me ASAP! What's wrong Clair I asked. Something not right I have had several missed calls by a blocked number and threw started last night. Clair I have been getting them all morning ill be over in a few let me get dressed.

I hurried and threw on some jean short and a black tank top put my hair in a pony tail and ran down the stairs. As I got to the bottom I ran right in to Kyle. Oh my god Kyle I'm so sorry I didn't mean.... He stopped me by putting his hand up and said its okay Mia no worries but where are you going in such a hurry this early I the morning. Kyle ill explain later right now I have to go get Clair.

I jumped into my car and pulled outta the drive way pretty fast the look on Mr. Harrison face was like he was in shock he has never seen me drive like that before. I jumped on the interstate and got off and pulled up to Clair's house rang the buzzer and went right in. As I was pulling up the long driveway I called Clair and told her I was outside. As soon as I got to the end of the drive way I seem Clair coming out of the door. She jumped in my car and we took off heading for the beach.

We arrived at the beach to see some of our fellow classmate there all ready. And that's when I stopped him the boy from last night. I hit Clair on her arm and nodded my head his way. She looked up from her phone and made a face as jumped outta the car and ran towards him.

Clair I yelled but she was all ready to far ahead to even hear me calling her name. I sat on the good of my car and I watched as she slapped him across the face. He eyes grew big And he was in shock. He looked her like he wanted to kill her. Just as she was bout to slap him again a girl ran over to him. I couldn't hear what they where saying all I could see was that Clair was yelling at the girl. The girl was tan short black hair and skinny. Clair was a few inches taller then her pale skin and blonde hair reaching to her middle back.

Clair came running back to the car where I sat and waited. When she reached me she was a little outta breath but not much. She started telling me what happen when she was cut off by a voice a voice I knew I turned around and seen Evan standing there.
