Today seemed like every other day. And every other day of this week has been filled with beating up intruding guys who were coming after Sherlock. I was sitting around, playing games on my laptop, when John walked in. "Hey (Y/n). I'm heading out with Mary. I'll be back around 5, ok?" He asked. I nodded and hummed a yes. "See you later." He nodded before heading out. The place was silent except for the chatter and clinking of dishes from down stairs in the little cafe. Who knows how long passed before Sherlock emerged from his room, dressed as usual. I didn't look up from my computer when I heard him walking around in the living room. Soon his footsteps sounded behind me then stopped. I didn't bother looking up because I assumed that he was looking out the window or the charts we had set up behind me. Suddenly I felt a warm feeling on my side and it started to tingle. I was being tickled?! I gasped then shrieked with laughter, starting to wiggle around to get away from the tickler. An arm wrapped around my stomach to hold me in place while I was still being tickled. I continued to scream and laugh as my captor kept a tight hold on me. "A-ah! Time out! T-time out!" I squeaked. The tickling paused and my chest heaved as I took in deep breaths. I heard a chuckle before Sherlock spoke right next to my ear.

"Times up." And that's when he started tickling me again, lifting me up from my seat and dragging me to the center of the room. I was kicking around and curling up, tightly gripping onto his arm, trying to pry myself out of this situation. "S-Sher-lock!" I yelled at him between breaths. He chuckled and continued to hold me up. I never knew he was this strong. Eventually he set me down on the couch, quickly trapping me by placing his legs on both side of my and holding down one of my wrists. While he was using his freehand to tickle me, my freehand grabbed onto his wrist and tried to get his hand away from my side where he's been tickling me. Eventually he pulled his hand away and held onto the top of the couch seat, watching me as I panted for breath. My face slightly red from struggling while he tickled me. He continued to watch me as I met my gaze with his. "What.... What was that for?" I asked. "Science experiment." He stated. I started to notice the space between us was very small. I didn't know what I was doing when I slowly leaned up, but it surprised me that he started leaning down.

Our lips met softly for a second before the kiss was more urgent. I reached up and wrapped my arms around him, pulling him down to me. Sherlock rested his hand on my hip, using his other hand to cup my cheek. I ran my hand through his hair, smiling a bit. When oxygen became low, I pulled back, panting again. "What was that for?" Sherlock asked with a smirk. "Science experiment." I mocked. Sherlock chuckled before kissing me quickly again. He got up from the couch then slipped on his coat. "I am supposed to meet Lestrade in five minutes but it looks like I'll be a bit late." He spoke. I sat up and watched as he put on his scarf. "Well what a shame." I muttered. "Terrible shame. It'll be put down for a criminal record." He sarcastically said. I let out a small laugh and watched him walk over to me, bending down and pushing some of my hair up so he could press a kiss to my forehead. "I'll be back soon." He mumbled against my forehead before straightening back up. "I'll be aging by minutes." I said, causing Sherlock to chuckle. I smiled as I watched him grab his phone and walk out. When I knew he left, I started laughing. Why was I laughing. Because I didn't even know I fell in love with Sherlock until now.

(So I got up for a minute and my small baby cat (Aka: my kitten) was crawling all over my computer and opened 50 tabs and left off wattpad. I had a mini heart attack until I reloaded wattpad and found all my work still in tact. I'm so happy you have no idea. Anyway here's this chapter where the Sherlock x reader really comes in.)
