Chapter 18: May I Have This Dance?

*Riley's POV*

We arrived to the building. There were flashing lights, lots of cars, and loud music. For a bunch of people who claim they don't go outside their house a lot, they sure know how to throw a hell of a party.

"So, tell me about never going out of your house?" I smiled. They just looked at me.

"Well, we don't really go out often." Connor corrects me.

"Come on, let's just go in and have some fun." Trevor says, grabbing my arm and leading me in with Connor and Ricky following behind us.

After we passed the bouncer, there was a lot of people in the room, most I recognize, others, not so much. Some people were drunk, others were just having a good time with everyone else, either way, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Trevor guided me over to the guy behind the bar and got two water bottles for us.

"Trevor, you know you don't have to do that, I can get my own drinks." I say, opening my bottle and taking a sip.

"Yea, but I wanted to do it. Hey, can you excuse me for a second? I need to find someone." Trevor asks me, I nodded and he left. I walked around trying to find someone who I recognize or recognizes me that I could talk to or hang out with while Trevor was gone. It was about ten minutes of walking around before I was recognized.

"Hey, Riley, right?" A guy who doesn't look older than seventeen asked me. I nodded. He had dark hair styled into a fringe, what seemed to be tanned skin, and was a good few inches taller than me. "I'm Raven."

"Why hello Raven, what brings you here?" I asked the boy.

"Well, I'm Damon Fizzy's plus one, and I decided to come over and talk to O2L's now famous camera girl." He smiles.

"Well, here you are." I tell him. He smiles.

"So, how's the party so far?" Raven asks me.

"Eh, I mean it's pretty cool. There's not that many drunk people here, so that's good."

"Just wait till later when everyone is waisted. That's gonna be something to look forward to." He jokes when Dan Howell from Danisnotonfire walked over to us.

"Hey guys, have you seen Zoey? Im helping Alfie find her." We shook our heads. He groaned before walking away. We laughed and continued talking for about an hour and exchanged numbers before Trevor came back.

"Hey Riley. Who's this?" Trevor asked me.

"This is Raven. He's been keeping me company while you were gone. Did you find who you were looking for?" I asked him. He nodded.

"Yea, now you wanna go dance?" Trevor asked me.

"Uh, I dunno, I'm not very good at dancing." I told him.

"Come on, it's just for one night. Let loose."Trevor tried to convince me. I sighed in defeat.

"Fine, see you later Raven." I said to him. He waved goodbye and we both went our separate ways. Trevor guided me to where other youtubers were dancing and joined them. I was a bit hesitant at first, for like, the first song, but I finally gave in and danced with Trevor. An hour later, the song that was playing faded to an end. Then the DJ suddenly spoke up.

"Alright ladies and gentlemen, we're gonna slow this next song down. This is, Wake Me Up When September Ends by Green Day. So grab that special someone and dance along." The DJ spoke before playing the song. I smiled as the intro played, this is probably my favorite green day song, and one of my favorite slow songs.

"May I have this dance?" Trevor asked me, holding a hand out. I nodded and accepted his hand. He pulled me in close with both hands on my hips, and my arms wrapped around his neck. As the sounds of Green Day filled our ears, Trevor and I smiled. My heart was beating really fast and to the beat of the song. I looked up at him. His pale skin, and blue eyes went his bleach blonde hair. I sighed and rested my head against his chest. I didn't want this moment to end.

*Wishbone's POV*

'Riley? JC? Where did they go?? Did they leave me? Bìtches better. It leave me. I WANT FOOOOOODDDDDDD GIVE MEEEE FOOODDDD MOTHERFÛCKERS!!'

*Trevor's POV*

As the song came to an end, Riley lifted her head from my chest. I looked at her in the eyes and smiled. She returned it with a hug.

"Thanks for the dance Trevor. You're right, I need to let loose for tonight." She thanks me while Mr. Brightside by the killers was playing.

"No problem Riles, wanna go outside on to the balcony for a little bit? It's getting kinda stuffy in here, don't you think?" I asked her. She nodded and took I took her hand as I made our way through the crowd up to the balcony. There wasn't many people here. "So Riley, I've been thinking." She turned her attention to me. "Back in the elevator, you said, that you liked someone else. What's that person like? How does he make you feel?" I asked her.

"Do you really wanna know?" She asked me. I nodded my head, leaning against the railing. She put an elbow on the railing. "Well, he's nice, cute, funny, and smart. He can be sassy and slay bitches, but he's really caring and sweet. He makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside and my heart beats a lot whenever I'm around him. I've never felt like this with anyone else. Not even Kade made me feel this way. I'd give anything for him to know how I feel about him, or know it's him. The only person who knows about his crush is Ricky and Connor. I hope that when I get over this break up between Kade and I, that he won't have forgotten me or that I'm forever trapped in the friend-zone." She says, looking me in the eye.

'And I wish that I was that person.' I thought to myself.

"That truly is how you feel?" I asked her. She nodded. " That's nice."

"What about you? Is there anyone you like?' She asked me. I nodded and turned to her, putting an elbow on the railing to support myself. "What's she like? How does she make you feel?"

"She's beautiful, smart, pretty, and funny. I know that I can always go to her if there's anything wrong, or I'm having a bad day. She's really supportive and caring. When she came into my life, she turned it around. She makes me feel special and that nothing can go wrong, almost like a cliché love story. I don't know what I'd be doing without her, or how I'd be right now. I've had my fair share of crushes and broke hearts in the past, but at her touch, I feel like I'm on cloud nine. I like her way more than any other crush I've had, and it hurts more than any broken heart I've had. I'm happy that she came into my life and wouldn't trade her for anyone else in the world." I tell her.

"She sounds amazing. You must like her a lot."

"Oh trust me. I bloody love her."

*Riley's POV*

'And worst of all, I will probably never be that person.' I thought. I shivered since it was getting a bit cold.

"Hey, you okay? You look a bit cold." Trevor pointed out. I was rubbing my arms and shivering.

"I'm just s but cold, I won't die or anything." I told him.

"Here," Trevor says, taking off his leather jacket and putting it around me.

"Won't you get cold?" I asked him.

"No, I'm okay, really, anyways we should go in and see if the guys want to go home yet." Trevor told me. I nodded and walked in with him.
