The Complicated mate

Chapter 2

Vic's POV:

*Beep Beep Beep*

Do i really need to go to work? Why cant i go back to touring?!?!?! i'll rather be touring than teaching. This is ridiculous i hate when we stop touring for break but you know everyone needs a break. Tone and jaime are still sleeping, i need to get up shower and go to starbucks then go to the new school im teaching at. If you're curious why we are no longer in san diego but are in redwood county is because our pack  midnight blue have been under attack and we need the help of the red moon pack to get rid of them. My pack isn't strong enough its only been around for a couple decades but the red moon pack have been around for centuries.

I finally got out of bed and decided to shower. After i showered i walked out of the bathroom wearing nothing but a towel. I walked to my closet to decide what to wear. Should we go casual flannel or dressy button up? we shall go with a dark grey button up with some black skinny jeans and some vans. I run downstairs and grab my car keys form the key bowl. I close the door behind me and put on my sun glasses . i jump and drive to starbucks which is a couple blocks from the high school i'm working at.

Once i walking i walk up to the counter and ordered.

"what can i get ya?" the man behind the counter asks.

"Grande Caramel Frap please" i pull out my debit card.
"4.25 " he responds. I slide my card and put in my pin.
"It will be ready in a bit" he responded and walked behind the counter to make my order. I realized i really had to pee so i went to pee.

once i walked out of the bathroom and seen the most beautiful girl i have ever seen hair is dark blue and she has turquoise bangs. Her eyes were hiding behind her sunglasses but i bet they look amazing. Her smile woah! Its out of this world. Not only is her hair out of this world but her body and her style woah! After a couple seconds "MATE"... My wolf Ben yelped as she tried grabbing the cup on the counter. I can't be with her, i have a girlfriend named veronica. we have been dating for a year and a half and i love her so much. I can't be with my mate. I must tell her before she thinks this can be something. Veronica will be my queen of my pack. she will be my luna.

Athena's POV

I reached for the frap and he let me grave it. He grabbed the other frap, opened the door and we walked out together.

"i'm Victor, Victor fuentes.. but my friends call me vic. Im the alpha for the midnight blue pack. What is your name?" he stuttered but smiled. I took a sip of my frap and stared at the ground as we started walking.

"I...I... i'm Athena. I am the daughter of the alpha Kevin of the red moon pack" i stuttered not leaving my eyes off the floor. I cant believe its vic fuentes! He's the singer of my favorite band! omg like ughhhhh!! How can he be my mate he's 32! Im 16! wait why is he in redwood county? He lives in san diego.

"hey Athena ?" he questioned pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah?" i looked up at him. Right when he looked in my eyes the world felt like it completely stopped. It felt like it was just us two in the world. I could actually hear fireworks going off in my head like this was normal. I think i am in love. Wait no i can't be in love with a 32 year old. Can I?

Back To Vic's POV

We walked over to my car and she looked down at her phone 6:40 . " I got to go" she mumbled. I grabbed her phone and dialed my number and erased the call so I have her number. She looked at me puzzled. Shit i shouldn't have done that! At that moment my girlfriend veronica walked to me "Hey Baby" she said kissing my neck obviously trying to make Luna jealous. "Athena this is my girlfriend veronica, Veronica this is luna she is kevin's daughter  " I said . I physically felt her heart break. Our bond was already beginning to get  strong. Have I really hurt her already... "U rejected our mate" my wolf ben growled . "no...well sorda..." I thought back to my wolf . " she needs you " he talked back I ignored . I could see the tears in her eyes. No... Did I do that to her ? "I'm luna nice to meet you... I need to go school starts in 15 min..." Her voiced cracked as she started to run. Fuck...   "Baby you okay?" I looked up at veronica snapping out of my thoughts. "Yes babe I'm fine I gotta go remember new job " I told her . " kay hun well Ima go shopping call me later " she ran out of her car into forever 21. I drove to work. I couldn't stop thinking of Luna . why do I miss her. "Cuz she's your fucken mate dumbass" my wolf hissed .I pulled into the school and bit my lip. "well here we go" i said to myself walking into the office. I got my attendance and started reading the names as I walked to my class. Damit. There was a girl named Lina Barakat in 2 of my classes. English and Art. I walk into my class the lights are already on .There is a girl already in the class crying. Who the fuck is this.
