Chapter 18

Charlie POV

Ugh I am so fed up of this. Why am I so stupid? Ugh I hate myself. Why? Why? Why? I can't take this anymore. I have to get out of here.

I carefully climb out of the window , trying not to make a sound. I can hear Leo saying my name. 

I walked out into the cold , the floor making my feet freeze. I was shivering .. alot.

I walked cautiously down the street, so I don't stand on any stones.

OW! That hurt , I looked down to see a small dip in the pavement where I scraped my foot. A small trickle of blood dripped down  the bottom of my foot.

I walked on , through the dim streets , only lit by a couple of street lamps .

"CHARLIE!!!" I heard  a squeal behind me. Great! 

"WAIT" 

I carried on walking.

I felt a tug on my arm , turning me around to face her. She was with her friends. 

"I've missed you!"

"Get away from me. You've ruined everything. Don't ever talk to me again. Just go away.I never want to see your face or hear your voice ever again!" I screamed in her face.

I begin to run. I don't know where.Running faster.Faster. Faster.

I have to get out of here. But it's cold. I don't care. Yes you do.

Arguing with myself great.You going crazy Charlie. No I'm not. Ugh.

I curl up into a ball on a random street corner.  

People walk past me , giving me dirty looks. A few mutter things like 'Scum' and 'Thug'. Okay what have I done to them? 

Then I have an Idea.

Chloe POV

"Leoooo wake up"  Muffled grunts come from the bed Leo is sleeping in. 

"Wake up. Now . Please"

"Fine anything for my princess" I smiled as he got up. 

"Don't look at me I'm a monster!" He joked, covering his face. I laughed before walking out of the room, to wake Charlie up.

"Charles wake up" Nothing.

"Charles"

"Charlie!"

I opened the door to reveal the window open and Charlie gone. The cold breeze blowing against my face.

"Leo! Leo come quick.Charlie's gone" I sobbed. I heard Leo's footsteps running towards me.  

"Don't worry he can't have gone far."

Keira's POV

I woke up to the sound of stones hitting my window.  I glanced out the window to see a blonde haired boy. Wait is that Charlie? No it can't be. He looks ... different. He looks drenched from the downpour last night. 

"Charlie?" I whispered , so not to wake up my family. 

Wait I live ages away from Charlie's house. How has he got here? Does Chloe and Leondre know? 

"Keira I am so so so so sorry. Please forgive me?"

I ran down the stairs and out the door and ran straight to Charlie. I hugged him tightly.

"How did you get here?" Is all I could ask. 

"Bus"

"Did you tell Chloe and Leo?" 

Charlie looked down and shuffled his feet.

"Charlie! They'll be so worried about you!"

He looked worried but then said "You didn't answer my question." He whispered.

"Charlie of course I forgive you I..." 

"Take me back Keira I promise...." 

"Yes" I said , kissing him. 

"Charlie your freezing you better come inside."
