"Hey babe" Jack said as he took out his notebooks.
"Don't call me babe" I replied annoyed as I took out my notebook and tried to focus on the class.
"Well I'll keep calling you that until you tell me your name"
I sighed. "Anastasia"
"Beautiful name" he said while smirking.
"uh, yeah" I said weirded out.
Awkward. Is this even a conversation?
Come on Ana don't focus on that guy. Pay attention to class.
I stayed silent and kept paying attention to the teacher and trying to forget about that Jack guy.
*Lunch time*
I walked away from the classroom trying to find Camila. The others were I'm guessing at the cafeteria.
"Hey Camila" I said as I walked over to her as she stepped out of the classroom.
"Hey Ana, did you see that new guy in class today? Hottie!"
"Uh yeah. Let's just forget about him and go to the cafeteria."
When we arrived, we met up with Shawn and Cecilia.
They were sitting at our usual table.
"Hey guys" I said nicely as I sat across from Shawn and Camila sat across from Cecilia.
"So guys," Cecilia started.
"Anything new?" She asked, smirking.
Well, there's this new guy in class.
"oh uh, nothing" I said and smiled while taking a small bite of my salad.
Camila looked at me with a weird look and then spoke up.
"There's this new guy today in class named Jack and he sits next to Ana. He flirted with her" Camila said with a grin plastered on her face.
Cecilia and Shawn had a surprised look on their faces.
"oooohh tell us all about it Ana" Shawn said looking at me with a smile that could light up a whole room.
"yasss did anything happen?" Cecilia asked.
Oh my god.
"Well nothing happened, he was being a jerk and I just ignored him. Not really interested in a boyfriend."
I said proudly, I mean it was true.
"Yeah okay we understand"
Cecilia said. "I mean the only couple here is Shawn and Camila"
Cecilia and I laughed while Camila looked the other way and Shawn's cheeks turned a bright red.
It was awkward for a few moments until we all shook it off and started talking about random stuff.
I was halfway done with my salad when Camila asked me something.
"So hey, how's it going with your eating disorders?" Camila asked, I knew she didn't ask me in a bad way she was just wondering.
"Its going well, ever since my past I've been like this but I'm trying my best to get back to normal"
"That's good! I'm proud of you!" Shawn exclaimed while Cecilia and Camila nodded.
We made small talk until the bell rang signaling for us to go to our last period of the day before me and Camila headed off to dance class.
After the last period, us 4 planned to meet up at Jamba Juice this afternoon to study. Before Camila and I headed of to dance class, we both went to our lockers.
When I opened mine, a piece of paper fell out of one of my books and on the floor. I was confused. I picked it up and read what it said.
"*random number*
Here's my number babe,
call me anytime
-Jack"
I scoffed as I put my books away. I ripped the paper in pieces and threw it out,
then left with Camila.

Surprise update! Idk I had this half completed in my drafts and decided to post it. Anyways, I need your guys' help with something.
