amber ends up sealed inside a tree when Ash's childhood friend finds her and frees her. 

She had served a Pokémon war while inside an oak tree.

She had been sealed in time. And as Molly, the child who had used the unknown.

She hadn't even known much about it. And she got called the Pokémon princess.

She had also found the man who had saved her and the flowers of memory that had shown how he died. She walked over to the wall of the tree. and had pulled herself out of her future self. that had ended up going to find a way back into the past.

She had been there for a long time, once Ash defeated the Elite Four of the Indigo League.

 She got herself out of the tree. Her younger self is still with the Pokémon zeroaura.

 After Ash defeats the Indigo League as he challenges it a second time.

As Serina, she meets him as a child, she still being young.

She was amber traveling through time again.

She had no idea why this was.

She doesn't know what's going on.

Then she remembers.
